Came to try their stuffed mushrooms since stuffed mushrooms are a requirement when I'm in the tri-state area, and they did not disappoint. We went for an early dinner, it wasn't very busy and we were seated immediately. A server came to take our drink order and by the time we ordered our food we had seen multiple servers and still had not received our drinks. One of them came over to take our order and acted as if we were an inconvenience to her, she kept cutting us off and didn't write anything down. After 45 minutes we finally got our food which was wrong, not surprised as she didn't write it down. We couldn't get anybody's attention to bring up that it was wrong then when I tried to eat my chicken wrap most of the lettuce was dark brown and not the hot lettuce brown but rotten brown. I finally went to the bar where all of the servers were hanging out to get our check because we just wanted to get out of there. When we told them about the lettuce so that way they didn't serve it to anybody else and asked to see our bill to make sure we weren't charged for the upgrades that we didn't get we were told "sorry the kitchen is a mess tonight and it's my first day, here's your bill" We won't be going back, that's for sure! read more

We had a nice meal at Patties & Pints. Everyone was friendly and the bar had a cool vibe. There wasn't a ton of people there, but the music was blasting as if there was. This really wasn't an issue, we like to throw down ourselves, but we had just been driving on the road all day and so it was a bit much. Hubby liked his fish sandwich and my chicken salad was good. They loaded it up with chicken. The pretzels were pretty buttery, maybe too buttery. There was a pool of butter at the bottom of the plate, so made it hard to enjoy. Was really looking forward to coming here for lunch. We had to seat ourselves and waited several minutes before being addressed by staff. We tried to order a flight, the waitress who was unknowledgeable took forever to tell us we could order a flight. She never even asked us if we wanted one after we asked about it. We went to Patties & Pints for the first and last time tonight. It wasn't very busy but we had three different servers at our table before we even got the chance to order. the woman who finally took our order was snippy and didn't write anything down. After waiting forever for our food, we didn't one of the sides that we ordered, one of the meals was completely wrong and we couldn't even eat it because the lettuce was dark brown and rotten. We couldn't even get one of the multiple servers attention, finally I went to the bar where they all were and got one of them to let us check out. When we asked to see the check to make sure that we weren't charged and let them know that one of the meals couldn't even be eaten so they might want to check the lettuc, we were told "sorry the kitchens a mess tonight and it's my first day. Here's your bill." At least we weren't charged for the things that we ordered and didn't get because they weren't rung in correctly, I would have to guess because nothing was written down. Tried a new spot that had a soft opening. I was visiting family and catching up with an old friend and she suggested we try Patties & Pints. We were seated quickly and had a cute server with pretty blue eyes named Adam. He checked with us several times but we hadn't seen each other in years so we needed more time to make our choices. We started with the fried pickles. They were yummy! It tasted like they made their own dipping sauce....bonus! I tried three samples of beer, pear, strawberry and guava. They offered 48 beer choices....wow, I was impressed. But I was more impressed that Adam listened to what I liked and brought me three very viable choices. It was between the pear and guava. The strawberry was a little too tart for me. I went with a guava which was a light IPA. I highly recommend you try it! My friend who doesn't like IPA ordered it as her second drink. I ordered the Po' Boy Kingfish blackened shrimp sandwich, minus the bread, with onion rings. The shrimp were deliscious and I really loved the bourbon sriracha sauce, spicy yet sweet. And the onion rings were lightly breaded, hot and crispy! I would highly recommend you try Patties & Pints now because once the word gets out this place is going to be packed all the time! read more

The wait staff/bartenders are very friendly and knowledgable, however the food has gone down hill considerably over the last 6 months. This used to be our go-to for lunch dates, but it's no longer worth what you pay. Unfortunately we'll be taking a hiatus until the burnt burgers and wings and soggy fries served at room temperature change. read more

We liked the warm open atmosphere of this burger place. The beer cheese tachos were very good and rich. I opted for their house-made sloppy Joe with a side salad. It had a beautifully toasted bun. The salad was fresh, but they serve it in way too small a bowl to eat it! The cocktails were not great. They didn't taste like they had alcohol at all, and they were all served in a tall glass. Wouldn't recommend the bar, but the service and food were great. read more

I only found out that Patties and Pints have a second location, when someone suggested we celebrate my daughter's birthday, with a luncheon get together there. It is a very pleasant place, nicely decorated and very clean. Of course, the men were interested in the antique cars and carried their conversation clear out to the parking lot afterwards. The food was very good, no complaints. Our server had a wonderful personality and was very efficient. I highly recommend it when in Ironton. read more

We went to the ironton location while out driving around on vacation. To see a very nice restaurant open up and thrive in one of the most economical challenged areas is refreshing. The appetizers of pretzel, pork rinds were delectable. My lunch was hot, crisp and very tasty down to the last tater tot. If you're choosing this restaurant for a quick bite I would highly advise you to choose elsewhere. Prepare yourself for the lackluster drink service of which you will be waiting 15 plus minutes for along with the equally dismal 40 minutes to receive a simple fried appetizer. Top that off with another 40 plus minutes to receive a simple burger which likely has been sitting in a warmer for half that time. All the meantime you sit at a table with no explanation or even apology as to the lack of timely service. Oh, and while you have been enduring your exorbitant wait you may find yourself needing to relieve yourself. If so enjoy the restroom which will greet you with the wonderful enveloping smell of sewer gas. This once may have been a decent place to dine, but if so it has fallen far from its once decent facade. Please take my advice and save yourself some time. read more

So we get there and already a ghost town with two servers so we sit down and order and here's what happened first we get drinks food and a appetizer I takes about 20 minutes for are drinks to get here and right after our food comes with many wrong things like no cheese and complete forgetting about our Mac and cheese and they forgot about our appetizer and not too mention our food was cheap and mediocre so we finish and go outside and we leave and vow to never come back read more
