Poor service. Rude staff. The food is not healthy at all but it tastes OK. Far too expensive for the quality. The other customers were quite friendly though. Not a good enough reason for a return visit. I tried it because all the young people rave about how much they like Chick-fil-A . There's just better out there in Ashland KY. The customer service is always amazing. The restaurant was clean but today the food was not so good. I was bragging to my sister-in-law about how wonderful the chicken nuggets work, and I ordered us to number threes and I was very disappointed . Some of the chicken was so hard that I couldn't even chew it. I had to spit it out and the fries I don't know what happened but we seem to have a lot of butt pieces lol I was very disappointed in the food quality today for sure. This was my first time visiting this Chick-fil-A location. I stopped by to pick up lunch for myself, my niece and her children. I was a little skeptical at first because when I made the left turn off the highway I noticed the traffic was backed up to the street to get into the parking lot. My skepticism quickly diminished once I noticed there were three ordering lines and an employee directing traffic. I had a few minutes to wait so I placed my order on the Chick-fil-A app. I ordered a small peach milkshake, which is my summertime favorite, and an 8-count nugget. I ordered a 12-count nugget, large fry and large drink for my niece with an order total of $17 and some change. When I came to the drive thru side of the building I saw cones set up as they did not want customers picking up at the drive-thru window. Instead there were tables set up and the employees were bringing the orders to your car on a tray. My wait was roughly 10-12 minutes which was pretty incredible considering the amount of customers. I have children with me more often than not and their most requested place to eat is always Chick-Fil-A. The Ashland CFA is always their favorite. The staff is efficient and courteous and we rarely find a mistake in our orders. My favorite point in this particular CFA is that they are always accommodating in making small changes to some items in our order. read more

How does anyone give Chick-Fil-A a bad review?!? This chicken is bangin'! I get is simple on this one, if I go with the sandwich, just the normal, with the pickle... you don't need to over do it, let the chicken speak for itself. The few pickle chips just add a bit more of that dill taste and a small crunch to the chicken. Then, you get to the waffle fries. Oh my.. oh my, how can you not like waffle fries, these things are golden, crispy, and delicious, the three things I look for most in a fry. The nuggets are also delicious, you have some crisp and overall, just a great flavor, the same flavor as the filet on the sandwich. Don't skip on their breakfast either. From the delicious potato rounds to the chicken biscuit and those delicious Chick-n-Minis. The only downfall I can say, they used to do the spicy chicken biscuit, but now.. it's only available at lunch on the sandwich bun. read more

I have been here at this location 3 times... drive tru experience only...once during breakfast hours and twice during afternoon hours. The employees were friendly. The food as usual always hot and delicious. I was a bit surprised and disappointed to find that they did not serve my favorite spicy chicken biscuit as a breakfast item, like they have in Lexington....other than that no issues...I wish they would add the spicy chicken biscuit...I would then return there during breakfast hours when I am in Ashland working. read more
