Improperly made food. I ordered a barbecue pulled pork sandwich, not a pork sandwich with barbecue sauce on the side. That's not how a barbecue pulled pork sandwich is served. If your going to have me do half your employees job I exspect to be paid next time rather than paying you to do what you're employees should be doing. Proceed with caution, check your orders guys. So there have been ongoing quality control issues at this particular Arby's location lately. They were out of roast beef (Seriously. Again.) but said they had chicken. So my son ordered the chicken sliders. See pics, looked like they cut a chicken patty into quarters!!! Should have just said they were out. Totally understandable with the issues everyone is dealing with, difficulties with shipments coming in, etc. It's okay to let customers know what's available instead of winging it. We are trying to keep businesses going. Great customer service when I called to alert them. Dustin showed concern and offered to immediately correct it, but let me know they were out of chicken as well. Appreciate the customer service, but needs some real management here. This location will just turn out their lights and not take customers at unexpected times. The Apathy level has been HIGH. We are regulars at this location. It seems that has been a complete turn over in staff. Hoping they get the new folks trained up soon. Recommend going to the 1900 Roy location instead. They are on top of things. read more

Stopped in here to get a bite to eat after the movies today. The young boy behind counter was the rudest kid ever!! I kept having to ask what he said because he wouldn't look up and he mumbled. I asked if he ever smiled because a dead dog had more personality than he did. He was put out because I asked for mayo. Then I needed salt and hated to ask him because He made it a chore to get it. Food was ok. Napkin dispensers were empty. Ketchup barely came out the spout. Place was not the cleanest. I won't go back. Hire people who care! read more

Great place!! Friendly staff and quick good food! Everyone we talked to was friendly and welcoming. Our food came out super fast and hot and very tasty. Several staff members greeted us and thanked us for coming in. The atmosphere was different than other Arby's we've been to but clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Went in to grab a quick lunch. What we saw was a professional manager working hard and training new workers. I don't know the ins and outs of this location but they were trying hard. The sandwich and fries were great. And so proud of them that they have a staff wanting to work when so many won't in todays post Covid world. I remember my own first training at a fast food restaurant as a teenager 45 years that took me tears. Please be patient with young workers and encourage them. They need an encouraging word in today's world. read more

Got the sweet potato waffle fries and they were burnt to a crisp. They were completely crunchy and bitter. Can't believe they had the nerve to serve them when they obviously overcooked. read more

No cheddar on the two beef and cheddars and the two fish sandwich's were completely plain. Called and they were like oh well.

Had to wait for them to cook our sandwich "fresh" it came out smothered in ranch and two burnt buns. The sandwich was so soaked and soggy it was inedible. read more

We went last night. The customer service was awesome. They let us use as many coupons as we wanted to. We got the chicken bacon swiss burger and chicken cordon Bleu burger. They were delicious!! We also got the jalapeño bites, and those are amazing, especially with the bronco berry sauce! Yum! However when I got home, they had forgot my son's ham and cheddar and his fries. I went back and they gave them to me after I walked in and let them know. They also gave us a free shake for the hassle. read more

Shift manager was horrible, cashier was cleaning table and he was so put out having to help, and when i tried asking a question he was very rude, bad leaders create bad a environment, don't expect mich from fast food teenage workers but this was just bad adult human behavior. read more

I placed an order via drive-thru. I got to the pick-up window, paid then was told to pull forward. 20 minutes later, I went to check on my order. When I walked in, I discovered that my order had not even been started. As it turns out, they didn't start my order because some "cleaning" was being done to the fryer, which I clearly saw they were doing. Upon placing my order, I should have been notified that it would take a lot longer time to complete my order. This did not happen. Oddly, since I am now inquiring, my order was put together lickety-split. How is this? Was the cleaning just an excuse for forgetting? The manager was absolutely and completely no help and no apologies. Note that this wasn't one of those teenage managers. One of the worst managerial skills in fast food service I've ever seen. I am so disgusted that I won't be visiting any Arby's for a very, very, very long long time. read more
