Came here for lunch with my nephew and it was good. The only complaint is there was no line but it took a while to get our order from the takeout. There was two employees that just looked at us then looked away and did something else without acknowledgement. Finally someone came and took our order. Our food was cooked and delivered in a timely manner and it tasted delicious!!! We also got their fresh lemonade drinks, dragon fruit and strawberry limeade were amazing!!! The sitting area was really clean! Also where you get condiments it was well stocked. We brought my mom here while she was visiting and had a great experience. I was very excited to have the grilled chicken sandwich - it's my favorite! However, the young lady at the register wasn't very helpful with ordering. It had been several years since I had been to The Habit, so I forgot there were bun options so I didn't even request a specific bun. When I received my sandwich, it came on a ciabatta roll. It's not my favorite at all, so I mentioned it to the lady at the counter that I didn't realize I had options for a bun. She was very defensive and told me that's how the sandwich is prepared. I figured it wasn't worth making a fuss over and just dealt with it. My sweet potato fries were phenomenal, of course! My mom tried a char burger. I'm new to this area so I've only had habit burger 1 other time while visiting. The food is so good!! The fries are delicious and they have fry sauce you can dip them in (thousand island dressing). I ignored the kiosk and went to the counter to order and ordered the jalapeño charburger, which I think is a temporary special. When my order was ready the lady asked the young teenager that made the burger if it had jalapeño jelly on it and the teen's face said it all....clearly no jalapeño jelly. But she told the lady that it did and I was given the burger. It was still delicious and still had jalapeños on it. I'd definitely go back. Up front, I'm pretty satisfied with their burgers - the taste and presentation. Their processes need some adult supervision though and that matters a lot to me. In my case, I placed a fairly simple order online - paid for it online - all I had to do was pick it up. I recently read where approx 80% of Door Dash drivers, being dissatisfied with tips, will sample the orders of their clients. Which I believe. Regardless, I've always preferred to pick up my orders in-store. So I arrived literally at the time my order was scheduled to be ready for pickup. This was the first time I'd done this but assumed they used a similar system as other restaurants for in-store pickups. Turns out, on the main counter there are a series of racks to the left side of the counter with letter bundles (e.g., A-H, I-L, etc.) and so that seemed a pretty safe bet those were there for online order pickups. There was no bag of food waiting in my bucket. So I sat there and waited... got some cups of jalapeno slices and pepperoncinis... which is always appreciated. Also got some napkins and ketchup ready... but no order. So finally after 10 or so minutes, I got IN Line and 5 minutes later, finally got to the gal at the front desk. My order had been sitting on the the side of the front counter getting cold for 15 minutes. The gal at the front desk acted like I was the asshole. She said the "letter buckets" on the counter were for Door Dash pickups despite the fact there were no signs to indicate that. Nor was there any sign to indicate online orders should be picked up elsewhere. So - young, inexperienced Habit Burger manager - your process sucks and your employees are disrespectful. We usually love this place. The service has been good and the burgers are amazing. The last two visits however have been very disappointing. My son and his girlfriend went there a week and a half ago and they both ordered a Charburger with fries. It's a pretty basic popular Habit burger with lettuce tomato and the signature caramelized onions - which really makes the burger and it's why our family orders it. Those onions are the best! Without those onions it's really just another burger. Anyway my son and his girlfriend each ordered the Charburger and fries and got it to go. The made it home and sat down to eat - and both burgers are missing the tomato and the caramelized onions!! That's the whole point of driving there and ordering those burgers is for those onions. My son was pretty disappointed, so he called The Habit. That did not go well. The guy was not only unapologetic, but he told him he had to go online to make a complaint and then they would help him. I thought that was not the best customer service considering the mistake they made on both burgers, but my son said it's fine and went and got online on the laptop. He filled out his complaint, and waited. And waited. It's been a week and a half and he's STILL waiting. The Habit never did anything! They screwed up two orders and we have yet to have this fixed. I'm not impressed with this AT ALL. It seems like they brushed my son off and never made an effort to fix their mistake. A couple of days ago I tried again. He really loves the Charburger, so I stopped through the drive thru and ordered one for him. Well guess what happened? Yep! No onions AGAIN! That's just insane. The onions are their signature ingredient! I should have checked before I left but I thought that surely they would not make that same mistake. I really should have checked. And no, I didn't bother to go online to complain since that obviously hasn't worked. What has happened to this place? This was my son's favorite place, it's not close by but he'd drive there for a burger because he really loved them. After these last two visits and how they treated him I'm not sure he will be back. I ate them as I drove. I was so looking forward to the double char burger... Once I downed the fries I opened up the package containing what was supposed to contain habit forming double char burger and found two beef patties and a bun??!!! NO FIXINGS! Not even a drop of ketchup either. What the H3€%???? By this time I'm ten miles away and it's not worth turning around. I choked down the DRIEST LOUSIEST excuse for a burger I've had in my fifty years of life as I drove the next twenty miles just because I was completely famished. I think there was one blue cheese crumble. No egg, no tomatoes. The salad dressing cup is tucked inside the bowl, so the portion is smaller than what is pictured on their website. The pictures are a very good representation of the beef to bread ratio. It's about 75% bread 25% meat that comes on there burgers. It also was half way through our burger that we realized that our teriyaki burger only had one patty and we paid almost 2$ for an extra one. The onion rings weren't bad and were basically what got us full since we both had our own order. The meal tasted good but was by no means worth the 25$ we spent. read more

Which raised the final bill by .70 + sales tax. Not a big deal right? Well the difference is .70. So, I ask the clerk about over charging me. Her response was, that's the way the register will ring it up. It charges the most expensive burger as a combo and the cheap burger as a single burger. So, there is nothing she can do. It's not the .70. It's the principal. When a company posts a price and then purposely manipulates the bill to over charge you is not ethical. When they heard about my average experience, they really went out of their way to give me an awesome experience the second time around. I was really impressed with the food and the speedy and friendly service on my revisit. I think I'm gonna have to give up on this location. I've had Habit food in other places and it's been good (I love that in-store they have pickled jalapeños) but at this location, everything I've ever had is salted so heavily it's inedible. The staff is great, hence the extra star, but I've thrown away most of the two meals I've had there because of the salt. I don't know if the cooks are directed to do that, but it's not good. I think the menu items are interesting, and I want to eat them, but the salt is just over the top. I ordered a mushroom burger this last time, and I took a mushroom out of the burger and it was like it was marinated in salt, and then salted at the end as well. The granules even ground in my teeth. It was terrible. Won't be going back. Your staff is great though, nothing against them. read more

Delicious Burgers with lots of great options for toppings, cooked perfectly so it's still got lots of flavor and the prices are good for the amount of food too.
