I waited for 20+ minutes only to be told they didn't have the bottle of sauce in stock that I had ordered. I only ordered it because asking for sauce was not an option in the app! I was willing to pay $3.99 for a bottle of sauce because my kids like it and I wasn't going to have to go in. But I did. And they didn't have it. They were just going to give me packets and refund the charge of the bottle. Unfortunately the manager didn't know how to issue a refund on the app and had me waiting after I'd received my kids food. Finally I decided to leave to get my kids food home so they could eat it while it was at least warm. I told them I'd come back to get the refund. I go back hours later and they have found a bottle. Seriously people. They did not offer to give me a refund. So now I have this giant bottle of sauce that my kids won't eat because we rarely get take out from Freddy's.
