I wouldn't count on hygiene, I've seen cigarettes j sitting on the counter and seen people handle cash then pizza but hey it's probably fine. I wrote a review about 7 years ago for this location, and never received a response from management. It was not the greatest experience, so I didn't go back. This last week, the new manager reached out to me to try and make things right. I was extremely impressed since this was a negative review from years before they were in charge. I agreed to accept a gift card and try their pizza again. I am so glad I did!!! We ordered the Shaq-aronni pizza and another pizza that had 5 cheeses, pepperoni and sausage (don't think it had a name). They got here quickly, we're extremely nice, the pizza was hot, and even got to try some new seasonings they offer. I have to say that I will definitely order from the again. The Shaq pizza was so awesome, i feel in love with it. Great flavor and definitely how I remember pizzas from when I was growing up in the 70's. Big, delicious, and great value. I ordered around 12:50am the store is open until 3 am. The online order system was down so it recommended I call over the phone. The first call was answered with the sound of heavy breathing and snoring. The second call I managed to get a hello and gave the person who answered my order. I was told to wait a minute, after about 4 minutes of waiting they began snoring again. So I tried to get them to answer with no reply. Being very hungry I called a third time, this time I got my order, my delivery address and my payment method in. Another Two minutes go by and again...snoring. Stephen Colbert regularly makes fun of Papa Johns for claiming they sell pizza and, at least at this one, he's right. There was a Papa Johns close to the University of Tulsa's campus so I got use to ordering from them and when I moved out to Stillwater I just kept ordering Papa Johns delivery. Me and my girlfriend ordered pizza at 2:53 am and received an uncooked pizza. We immediately called back and have now waited an hour and a half. While we were waiting we called 4 separate times and were given great customer support by the people at the shop, however we never received the other pizza or the complimentary dessert that was offered. What is Papa John's known for? Garlic butter with the pizza. No one else does it that I know of. For as long as I remember they have always delivered garlic butter with the pizza. Not today! The new crop of Papa John's employees say that's how it's always been if you order thin crust...maybe they are just too young to know or maybe thin crust is too new for garlic butter. Either way, I'm not happy. It would have been great if they had an extra one in the delivery vehicle or even acted liked they cared but unfortunately neither was the case. I will not order from Papa John's again, there are too many other options in Stillwater. And yes, their pizza is all about the garlic butter. read more

The last few times I have ordered from Papa John's in Stillwater, OK the service has been terrible and my order was wrong. I did not receive all the items ordered. I ordered a pizza for delivery. The person I talked to was on another planet and my pizza did not arrive. When I called back, they said they had no order under my name or address. Unbelievable. I complained with corporate, but they didn't do anything. If you want delivery in Stillwater, choose anyone else. Papa John's simply doesn't care. read more

Incompetent! The last three orders I've placed 2 have been wrong and instead of trying to make me happy they just said sorry. I had to demand a free pizza, then asked for a manager to call me.
