This Arby's is easily the worst I've been to. I've found Arby's to be pretty consistent and delicious until my visit here. What a pathetic excuse for food. My order was accurate, but the Beef N Cheddar Sandwich was thrown together with poorly dispersed meat and old AF cheese sauce on a dry, crumbly fall apart bun. I called the store with respect even though I'm starving at work & was looking forward to eating from there I got the worse customer service from the manager (a woman) she then told me have my dasher come back pick up my food & they'll re make it ... 9-30-2021 Reading these reviews no one has bothered to respond to rectify the situation. Perhaps they just don't care. Pretty sad. Went there yesterday and thought the prices were on the higher side for what you get. My bun was way over done as were the others the woman said. "So it wasn't just yours." I didn't say it was. The roast beef was okay. Our fries weren't curly at all. Seems like we got the bottom of the bunch. They were also way over done. This is the first time coming to this location and it will be our last. Waste of money for poor food representation. read more

Fries were old so I asked for fresh and they just threw more old fries in hot grease then served them up to me. Extremely disgusting. Very disappointing. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. Such a shame they don't care about the food they are serving. read more

Got a 5 star rating due to General Manager Kevin was on duty. Made sure things were done properly. Food was fresh and hot. He made sure staff was doing there job. Kevin even checked on every table to make sure of good experience. He even was wiping down everything in the dining room. I give him much credit for coming in when staff calls in and stays all day till closing. read more

Asked for extra cheese and it was messy as hell, fries were cold, I got a coffee jamocha shake and when I tried it was definitely chocolate. Went up to the counter told them I believed it was chocolate, most of the workers tried it and said yeah it was chocolate but the one girl who made it was very rude was determined that it was the coffee one they tried it out the machine and came to the conclusion that chocolate was put in the wrong spot. But the girl who made it tried it and was firm on that it wasn't we wrong but everyone else working knew it was. The gave it back to me and didn't fix anything. The doors are not very wheelchair accessible. Very hard to get in. The turn into the first door is so sharp and the turn into the second door is not as sharp. read more

Today I went to your location in Sturtevant for lunch. I recently transferred to my companies Racine location and wanted something different for lunch. I have not been to ANY Arby's location in a number of years because of past negative experiences at other locations. Today I saw your promotion for a free sandwich with drink purchase through a text message. I thought that the sandwich options sounds good an I would give Arby's another chance, maybe the changed for the better? I arrived at 1:37 today, April 29th 2019 and was helped by Kevin and Carlos (according to my receipt and hand-outs). I ordered the Brisket sandwich, a large Dr Pepper, as well as an 8 pack of Jalapeno Kickers. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was greeted by someone who sounded like they enjoy they job. He was upbeat, funny and helped put me in a good mood (I only ordered the bites because he said they were really good). He let me know they were dropping a fresh batch for me while I was completing my order so I knew it would be a few moments. With that being said, I still got my food relatively quickly and it seemed to be good quality. I am a picky eater, so I had to special order my sandwich with no mayo or onion strings. My food was all fresh and made correctly per my specifications. I wish the sandwich had more brisket on it, but who doesn't? It was all delicious. The gentleman at the window recommended the berry sauce for the bites, and that also was a great combination. It was a very positive visit and I want to thank you. I will be sure to be back much sooner than last time. I also shared with my co-workers how great it was, so expect to see some of them soon. This is the worst place to go to eat. The food was descent but the management and staff is horrible. I walked up to the counter and stood there for 5 minutes without anyone recognizing me or telling me that they will be with me in a minute. The workers seem like they are more interested in talking among themselves than taking care of customers. I will never eat there again. read more

From the intercom to the window, I was appalled at the way I was treated. When ordering at the intercom Jamie was very rude. When we pulled around, it seems I wasn't moving quickly enough for her liking. She shoved my drinks at me with the lid not secured all the way. I kindly asked her for another lid and handed her the old broken one. As I am trying to secure the lid, she shoves my bag through my window as if I was not moving quick enough for her and shouts in a very sarcastic manner "have a nice day" and slams her window shut. I was on my way to work and carpooling, or I would have pulled into the parking lot to speak with a manager. When I open my bag everything looks like it was slapped together and the fries were dumped into the bag. So me and my co-worker had to eat out of the "community fry bag". We wound up throwing most of it away. I will never do business with Arby's again if that is how employees are allowed to treat patrons. I work in customer service and if I were to treat anyone this way, I would not have a job. read more
