Well -i saw a lot of negative reviews but we just got food there and it was hot and delicious -not what was described below. I have eaten at several over the years -this one so far the best. Staying at IHG so convenient. We had classic roast beef, bacon cheddar beef, fries (hot and freshly made); jalapeno poppers with Bronco sc -all surprisingly good. I think my classic RB had double meat i usually get served at other Arbys. This Arbys food was actually better prepared than the downtown Winchester one. Absolutely discusting! Am from northern New york on vacation. Usually enjoy Arby's. On March 7 th, we went in to order. Stood for 5 minutes. got told " I'LL be right back," Then a woman came from the drive thru window and actually hollered to another person. "you have to work, I can't put up with these people! Used to be great now it is horrible to the point had make a complaint and we received free complimentary sandwich coupons went back tried again and sandwiches were cold and honestly looked like they were microwaved to the point I ate 2 bites and trashed it will not be coming back which sucks because it used to be best one around here. Also the soda machines do not work right they said they have keep ice on one of the coca cola machines to make it work whatever that means but the soda was still flat they need better management is the bottom line read more

Pulled up at 9:45PM and they closed at ten (I had called in advance to make sure they would still be open just 5 minutes earlier). Asked for their cheesesteak special and she said they were all out. Asked for classic roast beef sandwiches instead and she said they were all out of roast beef. How on earth is Arby's out of roast beef?! I have never minded that I always have to pull up to wait at Arby's for my food because it's always good and fresh. Today however, I waited nearly 10 minutes and was given the wrong food. I ordered a roast beef meal, a chicken sandwich meal, and mozzarella sticks. After waiting I headed home without checking the bag because all I could see were the fries on top. My family was just here. Came up to the drive-thru to begin an order. My husband started by saying he'd like a Brisket Sandwich Meal. He was then cut off by the little girl on the mic, and she asks, "1 or 2?" My husband replies with. "I'm sorry, I asked for the Brisket Sandwich Meal." The little girl then got nasty in tone and shrieks, after sighing, "What do you want? 1 or 2 of those meals," My husband then asks why she has attitude and she whines (literally) that she didn't. He asks for someone else to come to the mic. The new representative of this location gets on and rushes through with, "Do you want one or two of those meals?" My husband told him just one, and was going to try to finish the order, but the little boy didn't want to do his job, either. As he cut my husband off, mid sentence. When my husband says to him, "Are you guys serious right now, I'm done." The little boy, in true juvenile fashion, replies, "M'Kay then, bye!" We left, and will not be returning. Maybe they're just young, and my husband was a, "Karen" in their little, closed world. Maybe they're not happy about their life decisions with having to work at a fast food place. Perhaps their puppies just died. I don't know, nor do I care. Maybe someone with a little power in that organization will see this, and to that person I say: Remember, we don't need you. I don't typically waste my time reviewing chains, especially large fast food chain. But I am making an exception for this Arby's because the staff was some of the worst I've encountered. First of all when ordering, the manager on duty and the staff were joking around. Which is fine in my book, except the manager duty (a younger woman who seemed to be a shift supervisor, not store manager) called one of the employees a re-re. Um. What?! I am not a very PC person, but I would NEVER use that term in front of customers. They were clearly joking around and it actually seemed borderline flirtatious. I was happy to get my food and get away from it. But no. My sandwich was made wrong. Fine, it happens. I took it up to be corrected (if I pay more than 6 dollars for a sandwich at a fast food joint, I expect it to be made right -- otherwise I will go to McDonald's across the street and lower my standards). No worries, the manager has somebody remake the sandwich. Great. But No. The sandwich was made wrong AGAIN. At this point I asked for a refund, as my group was done eating and I was too annoyed to bother eating. No real apology, no "here's a coupon" -- nothing. They didn't seem to act like this was an odd occurrence, just "Here's your money!" Anyway, I stopped here while traveling and won't make that mistake again. And like I said, I don't really bother with reviewing chains and I am sure are looking for good food in the Winchester area, this wouldn't even be on your radar, I just wanted to vent about the experience. read more

It's a shame I can't put zero stars after waiting for almost 10 minutes at the counter for the teenagers to decide to take my order I ended up having to wait over 20 minutes in an empty lobby for two sandwiches I wouldn't go back there ever! Avoid the drive thru at all costs. They're slow and never remember your condiments. Waited for 15 minutes for my meal. Made a comment to the cashier about the wait that I had to go, the cook said he was working on it. I see my sandwich go in the trash a guy comes from around the cook area and tells me he will take care of it and gives me a refund.. Got a pork belly meal here. The chocolate shake was good, the fries were good but the sandwich was horrible. No fried onions on it like advertised and a small bit of pork. So small you couldn't actually see it. The bun closed around it like it was just an empty bun. I couldn't believe how terrible it was. It's amazing someone made it and thought it was acceptable. This was the first time I've been to an Arby's in probably years. It will also be the last. Other franchise stores don't have these issues. read more
