The signature sandwich was good and the fries were good, but the cheddar bites were not very good. I had some of the cheese curds at Cook-Out the day before nearby here and those were better. I'd get the sandwich and fries again, but I'd skip the cheddar bites and try something else on the menu. While eating, I found I needed some extra sauce and I was able to go up to the front cashier and get it no problem. It happened to me and I have sent multiple emails to Chipotle asking to refund my money or redeposit 815 points to my account, but the customer service employees keep saying that the "free item per customer" means that the customer needs to pay too for the other half. That is not specified on the Terms and Conditions. It is unbelievable! I can't believe what Chipotle is doing to its customers, and I can't believe that the customer service employees answering emails don't care about the customers. None of the people I sent the emails care about the loyal, long-time, rewards customers. And other thing, if two of the entrées were allowed to buy, you will end up using 1,630 points instead of the regular 1,625 points required, and you will be spending a little bit more money, too. It already happened to me. So, there is no real offer. It is a rip off. It is misleading customers. It is false advertisement.
