One of the phones we were getting was only "1 penny". Well beware, the upgrade is not free and the phone is not 1 penny. Before signing the contract I noticed there was a $36 fee for each upgrade. I told the sales person I should not have to pay an activation fee, the phone is already activated. She said she would remove the charges. I knew it wouldn't happen. She told me to call her if they were not removed. Long story short...the charges were not removed. Called her back at the store only to be told that she couldn't authorize those charges removed I had to call AT&T. Things changed after I had signed the contract. They weren't willing to stand behind what I was told. After a lengthy phone battle with AT&T on the phone I did get the charges removed. Very fraudulent and shady if you ask me. Very unprofessional. And by the way they tried to charge me $25 for the little plastic screen protector. I went home and purchased 3 on Ebay for $6. Watch your wallet if you go in there. The 1 penny phone is actually $43. They charge you the sales tax on what they say the value of the phone actually is. Just say the stupid phone costs $43. I will never step foot in another of their stores again.

Also, said my phone bill was $75 when it's never been that much. I know what my bill comes out to every month. She was beating around the bush being shady trying to overcharge me in attempt to pocket money for herself. When asked why, she continued being extremely rude and giving attitude. Then refused to process any payment. I'm wondering if she didn't know how to process a payment? Or was just being lazy. I could tell she is suffering, hates her job and wants to inflict suffering onto others. It's unfortunate that a place of business and their customers has to deal with shitty people like this. I've been helped by other employees at this location before and they were always friendly and kind. TO THE OWNERS, please check your employees and management. I don't know what position she holds at this establishment but this girl lacked the basic skills needed to work in this environment. I mean, it is metro so my expectations aren't high but I would expect at least the bare minimum such as being friendly/good customer service that any business should have to properly function. They got the parts quickly and had them ready to go when I got there. They loaded them on a cart for me to take out to my truck and couldn't have been friendlier. The part that I really appreciated was, I'm just a homeowner-level tractor owner, and these guys obviously had a lot of pros in there they were dealing with at the same time as me. In fact, they were selling what sounded like a large tracked farm machine that I'm sure goes well into the six figures. But they treated me like I was just as important as all of the bigger clients they had in there at the time.
