The issue was not a big deal, almost expected, but what was not expected was how much the employee was able to help. Feels great to finally find a game store that still cares more about the customer than ripping off normal people. These guys are great and the prices seem pretty reasonable, especially compared to other places. I don't know if he was an employee or the owner, but I just wanted to thank Tommy for helping me on both of my visits and made me feel like I found a new game store to call home.

Another thing is cool, if you pay $15 for a year. You get a year 12 issues of Game Informer along with a discount card that saves you like 15% off used games. The staff is always amazing here. Rudy the store Manager is a cool guy and Saleen a cashier is super nice and friendly. I was helped by Louis today and he has good customer service skills. Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The storefront looked boarded up with wood covering much of the exterior, and it was so dark inside that I honestly couldn't tell if the store was open. Once inside, my girlfriend's son politely asked the employee behind the counter how much a pack cost. The employee responded with, "I can guarantee it's more than you have in your wallet." I was shocked by how rude and dismissive that was, especially toward a kid. That's not the kind of welcome I would expect from an employee. I then told him I wanted to purchase three Prismatic Evolutions packs. He looked at me and said, with an attitude, "You know they're like $20 each, right?" I told him that was fine, but the interaction left a bad impression. What should have been a fun and memorable experience for the kids turned into an uncomfortable one because of the poor customer service. I spent $100 on 6 packs of cards and i was going to buy more cards but didn't want to give them anymore business. I won't be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

I was a kid in a candy story and totally geeking out! Walking around the store brought back so many childhood memories. They had games I honestly haven't seen in over 30 years, along with all kinds of consoles and games from different generations. Some of these games I probably would never play again, but just seeing them on the shelves took me back. It was cool seeing the old-school Nintendo video game magazines. Some of those magazines have to be close to 30 years old! The entire store was basically one big nostalgia trip. I received my PS5 5 days later, and it now works without any hitches. Adan also suggested I place the console in an elevated position away from feet level. I'm satisfied with the repair they did, and I will be inquiring to them about future repairs.

She has a bladder condition. While we were shopping, she suddenly had an emergency and desperately needed to use the restroom. I saw a restroom toward the back of the store that appeared to be open, but there were some plastic barriers around it. I went to find an employee and explained the situation, asking if she could please let my daughter use the restroom. She initially told me that they did not have a restroom. I told her that I had just seen it, and she then said, "Yes, we have a bathroom, but not for you to use. If you want to use the bathroom, go to Safeway." I found the way she spoke to me completely unacceptable, especially after I explained that my daughter was having an emergency and could not wait. I was not asking for anything unreasonable; I was simply asking for help during an emergency involving my child. I am a frequent customer at this store, so this experience was especially disappointing. I truly hope management provides better training to their employees and teaches them to show more empathy, respect, and compassion, especially when dealing with children and emergency situations. The products and prices may be good, but customer service and the way customers are treated matter just as much.
