Their excuse was that after a year it wouldn't be appropriate. As if I found the cure to a mental disability in secret. Not once did they offer to speak or perform a new consultation because I refused to take meds after. In the last hour I found a Dr who can give the letter after proper diagnosis and my lawyer is already organizing the case for a medical review panel so we can get a signature on an affidavit to give them before we can legally begin the malpractice/medical negligence suit.

The woman at the front reception was very friendly checking me in and informing me of their procedures and helping me with documentation. They took me immediately. The doctor was very thorough, and let me know, step by step, what he was about to do. Providing me the vaccines was painless. He also asked lots of questions related to my health and gave me great recommendations. These folks really take care of their patients well!
