I would literally avoid going to the doctor just because the wait time is horrible. They probably should stop taking walk ins and new patients until they can get more FNP to help Dr. Worrell. I don't even know if he is still there considering he is an older man and has been there many years. The front office is not the best to communicate with by phone nor do they send referrals or provide other providers your information in a timely manner.

He has never ever led me wrong. He has never treated me like a piece of meat. He has treated me like part of his family and has been through thick and thin with me. This the man is what doctor should strive to be like as a primary care physician because he is truly a good human. My entire family sees him in addition to myself, and I would recommend him to anyone for any reason! Sidenote, he's also fun to talk to if you can get that much time because he is a very busy man. His office staff may not do the best job on the planet, but he also sees a lot of patience so you might want to balance that with your appointment. He's well worth it.

They act entitled, like being a nurse makes them superior to the patients they're supposed to care for. My mom has a herniated disc and has been in pain for over a month. She asked four times for a referral and called multiple times for her annual checkup results -- no one followed up. The most frustrating part? The clinic never even bothered to call my parents about their results. They just waited until I, the daughter, had to chase them down and push for answers. When I called again, Nurse Cam denied my mom ever called -- which is untrue. I have the phone call history to prove it. Instead of helping, she refused to let me speak to the NP and told me to wait another 2 weeks for the referral. Then, she told the NP that I was "mean" to her. The NP ended up calling my mom -- not to check on her pain -- but to complain about me and tell her to tell me to be nicer. That's unacceptable. If the front desk had done their job, I wouldn't have had to step in. I wasn't rude -- I was advocating for my mom who could barely walk due to the pain. This clinic's delay, dishonesty, and complete lack of compassion are shocking. A month-long wait for a referral, no follow-up on checkup results, and disrespect toward elderly and non-English-speaking patients is not just bad service -- it's negligent. If you want your family members to be treated with dignity and timely care, I recommend going somewhere else.

Any doctor I've gone to I spend two minutes with and the appointment is over. I really appreciate that Dr.Nguyen takes time with me, and it is worth waiting a little longer. ALSO, I've been to the clinic a lot and there's NOT a wait every time. I think people are just used to doctors not spending a lot of time to understand what their issue is, unlike Dr. Nguyen who does. I also really like the receptionists. They are super nice and went above and beyond for me today to make sure my neurologist appointment is squared away.
