Looked at our X-ray said you did a number on your heel bone its in 2 pcs.. He says to get a better look at it we need to get a cat scan done. $700.00 cat scan, later we are back in Dr. Todd Johnson clinic and says well I cant do the surgery you have to go to someone else. We asked didn't you see the foot was broke on the x-ray we brought you? He replied Very frustrated voice that the cat scan shows me the exact break and yes clearly its in 2 pcs.. So we ask why did you send us to get a cat scan done and have us come back here to tell us that you can not do the surgery. Why didn't you just tell us at the first visit. So we ask, Can you reduce this visit to help out with the fees to have to go to another Doctor since we have to pay a deductible before our Ins will cover any cost.. Then he says I have a family to feed too, is that all the questions you have? We said yes and left the room. Checking out the lady at front desk says the amount. We ask are you sure cause we have not paid our deductible for you to bill INS. Now 3 months later we are getting billed for the difference of what we were not charged up front cause they said Ins wouldn't pay. So we call up there and asked why we are being billed we told y'all that our Ins was not going to pay a dime until our deductible is met. The lady says sorry you owe the difference. So we replied our first visit here was a few days ago did y'all not see you charged us full price then due to Ins not paying till deductible is met? The lady says yes I see that, I'm sorry we billed you incorrectly but you owe the difference. So we said this is not right how y'all treated us the doctor spoke to us have us come in just to be told he cant do the surgery.. almost 4 months later still paying on cat scan,They allowed us to make payments knowing we are fixing to shell out a lot of money. Will not refer this clinic to anyone. originally - We went to a local 24 hr clinic to get an x-ray to confirm the foot was broke or not then we went to orthopedic and sports medicine center..

The combination of her personal gifts, professional training, skills, and experience make her an excellent person with whom to work: she is personable, knowledgeable, articulate, and flexible with exercises/treatments as needed. She really listens to clients (more and more a rarity), is attentive to what's going on with one's body during exercises (even when you don't know it) and points out needed improvements in form, placement, etc. One day she noticed that one of my legs looked a little longer than the other when doing an exercise and called me over to do some readjustment movements, something I can do on my own as well. It really helped. The clinic is run efficiently with the engaging and ever efficient Maggie at its helm. It may sound strange to say, but I am sorry when a course of treatment ends! From the time you arrive to the time you leave, you know you are in very good hands. Once you arrive, you do not have to wait very long for your therapist to come get you. He/she will help you every step of the way and make you feel very comfortable. The first time I went, I was very nervous because I know my limitations and was afraid they would push me too far. That was not the case at all. They respect what you are telling them and they make extra effort to make sure you are not in danger of harming yourself further by overexerting your limitations. They have aquatic therapy which is what I am currently using. The group that is usually there is small so you really get a lot of personal attention and support. I have a very good feeling that they are going to help me get to where I need to be! I can already tell that I have extra energy. I am excited about the future because they really give me hope!
