Adding to that, there was construction going on to confuse the driver. So I was late to the appointment by 15 minutes and the person at the reception seemed pretty rude when he cancelled my much needed appointment with the doctor. I wouldn't recommend this facility that has appointed rude person as receptionist. Hope he would be taken to task because he is unaware and unkind of patient's pain and scenarios. He's not suited for the job.
