    The facility is unclean. Their dressing room had a lot of dust. Seem like it have not been clean for weeks.

They think they are the only testing labs in the community so they think they entitle to treat every patients rude and disrespected! It is my doctor's choice within their network to use them . If i have a choice i wont use unprofessional service when they are in a professional field. I asked her to let me talk to the manager , she said no. Just come back another date she that set my new appt without letting me know when i thought she checked me in for my appt. I drove an hour drive to here and i did called her and said because the freeway i came from have accident in the front so traffic will be 10 mins late when i arrived she get my ins card , id and i thought she checked in and she went yo back office and dont say anything then come up and said see me next time. She literally wasted another 10 mins and she blamed on me. She could have tell me and dont check me in and wasted my time and said dont see me! What a shame when you are in professional setting and act so low! Worst is another lady came over yelled at me too! I said what the heck? The security was good shaking his head how they treated me! No mercy and treating patients extremely horrible and terrible! Feel sorry for the owner of the business that have terrible staffs mistreating his customers

I was worried after seeing the poor ratings and hoping my experience will be okay. Thankfully it was more than okay! When I called to book an appointment, I spoke with a nice staff (forgot her name) and she booked my appointment after checking I was in the system and obtaining my insurance information. After booking, I received a text message to complete some forms prior to my appointment - which took a few quick minutes. Appointment is approaching within a few days, I get a text with address info, my appointment date and time and what my copay will be. Plus, to confirm my appointment. I forgot about this text and they called me later that day for verbal confirmation. The appointment day comes and I have an early 9am morning appointment. The reminder does mention to come 20 minutes earlier. Parking in the morning is okay, but I can imagine it getting full for afternoon appointments. They open at 9, but people are there before 9 because 1st come 1st serve basis for their X-RAYS, etc. but for US it's by appointment, so I was seen right at the dot after checking in. I did have to fill out a form to provide my updated address and also paid for my copay before going in. The US technician was Sage and she was friendly, quick and got me out in 15 minutes. No frills! Overall, a positive experience and I believe they are trying their best to serve their customers to their best of their ability. Imaging centers always have a wait but I'm so glad they honor the services that has appointments scheduled!

At first they asked me to pay $300 dollars in advance for my spouse CT scan though I have coverage by Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I had a CT scan at Calvin Yang Medical Group month ago. They don't ask me to pay anything in advance. I'm waiting for a refund between the final charge and the money I paid in advance. However their billing department told me to wait for 2 months for refund. What's wrong? What's going on...? Why take so long to refund the patient' money?

Also, the Monterey Park location has better seating accommodations in comparison to the Alhambra location. Monterey Park has two floors, and it has more seats available on both floors in comparison to their Alhambra locations. The first person I spoke to did not speak much. In fact, she just looked at me, as I was politely waiting for her to finish whatever she was doing. Since she didn't say anything to me, I just showed her my authorization letter. Fortunately, there was someone else who walked up and asked me for additional items. I was asked to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment. I was seen by the technician or technologist 5 minutes after the time of my appointment for my mammogram. I was then seen for my ultrasound within 15 minutes. I obviously didn't have the same experience as the others. I was seen within a timely manner.

There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big, but the lot does get full very quickly since they share the lot with a lot of medical offices. Some parking spots are smaller than others, so watch out! Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, informative, and funny. Seriously, from the receptionists to the MRI techs, everyone was phenomenal. I like how the MRI techs walk you through what you'll experience before the exam starts. They also have a changing room / locker room for you to change and leave your stuff in. I do not recommend this place. Advocate for your parents. Be very selective, there are choices out there, be diligent and do your homework. Don't settle for this kind of service. Walked in to the facility and I was welcomed by all the front desk staffs, it only took me less than 10 mins to sign in, give them my information and take the actual X Ray. The staffs are extremely helpful and nice, the X Ray technician was very polite as well. My report was ready in 2 and half days, while being promised it might take 3-5 days. So I'm extremely satisfied with the rate they get things going so I don't need to sit around and wait for my results forever. The whole facility is very clean and quiet, parking was convenient located in the rear of the building. This is definitely going to become my regular imaging place.

It was supposed to be a 25 minute drive but it took me almost an hour due to traffic & road construction. It also took another 10 minutes or so before I got called to the front desk, the line was too slow. THEIR FRONT DESK SYSTEM NEEDS TO IMPROVE. I was already stressed out because I fasted, was very thirsty, was in pain & was late. I don't think a patient who needs to have an important ultrasound done would purposely be late for this appt. The front desk person who helped me, right away "SCOLDED" me for being late. I was already on edge to begin with. As I was explaining why I was late even if I DID GIVE myself plenty of time, 1 hour, to get there at 2:10pm she took on this condescending manner towards me & continued to lecture me as if I were a child. She said "that's why you have to give yourself a plenty of time for the appointment." DUH!!! I live 15 miles away, gave myself an hour or so to get there. In short, appointment was cancelled. Unfortunately, sometimes s**t happens! I prepared for it, I fasted, didn't have any water & certainly did not foretell that there would be road construction & traffic. Maybe next time I will give myself 2 hours to get there. Also, I worked as a front desk receptionist too & in customer service before & the attitude she had was/is absolutely not acceptable. I was not able to get her name because I was very upset. She was the young asian girl/lady with long black hair. She needs to be very careful & considerate to patients. She has no idea what the patients are going through. I am not asking for extra understanding, patience & consideration. I am asking for respect. I am always understanding & patient with front desk people like her because I know the nature of their job. I have never complained nor was I ever rude to any medical front desk receptionist ever! This lady or this girl had attitude & was condescending to me. I called her out & she said she wasn't condescending, just explaining. Yeah right! I just wanted to get out of there right away so I was not able to get her name. If she does not understand the nature of her job, the nature of the industry she's in, what it takes to deal with PATIENTS, perhaps she needs to undergo more training or get another job. She is dealing with people that may have a lot of pain AND or serious medical conditions, the last thing we need is to be scolded. I am not going back there and deal with rudeness. 1 star because their front desk system is/was INEFFECTIVE and since I was not able to interact with anyone else but her & IT WAS NOT GOOD.
