I needed the length of a belt shorted and a few more holes punched. Should have been easy peasy. Nope. Ruined the belt. He didn't even use the same color thread. It's puckered and looks to be burned. The new holes are SO UNEVEN that the belt now sits uneven when wearing. I did need a rush job.... in 48 hours.... but he assured me it wasn't a problem. When I came to pick it up is when he started the job, so he just rushed through it. I was in a huge hurry so I didn't even look at the belt until I got home. This place should be avoided!!! Guy is a crook. Makes you pay in advance and then does a terrible job and won't refund. I brought a very simple seam stitch on a mans shoe. When I go to back it was worse than before. It was glued and he put a patch on it and then sewed it OUTSIDE the seam. NEVER GOING BACK AND WILL TELL ALL OTHERS THE SAME. read more

Based on the reviews, which were five stars I decided to dropped of my boots here. I normally write reviews based on excellent service. I like to focus on the positive rather than the negative, on this occasion I make an exception. The owner was rude and abrupt, it felt like an inconvenience when I asked to have my boots heeled. His attitude bugged me so much I decide I didn't want him to work on them and went back the next day. If I thought he was an asshole before he was an even bigger one when I asked for them back. He said he'd already taken the heels off that I could take them now as is or come back later for them. I should have taken them and run at that point but I didn't, shame on me. He ruined my boots and gave me some bullshit excuse, now I have to take them elsewhere to have them fixed. read more

Took a bag to them to fix after I got finger nail polish on it. Took 3 guys to ruin it more, sprayed my bag a yellow color (my bag is beige). After they were done some guy told me that I would have to leave it so he can get the color to match my bag. Why would you just spray my bag if you knew you didn't have the right color? Ended up taking it to a much better place where they had to repaint my whole bag. The right way! read more
