I have had unfortunate brows for as long as I can remember. Too thin and poorly shaped. Years ago I began to grow them out, and they have grown, but not how I had hoped for. I started to fill them in but pictures showed me I had no idea what I was doing. That's when I set my first appointment with Suki. Suki uses the threading technique, which I already knew from online research was better for my skin. Plus, the chemicals used in cheap salon waxes irritate my skin. Suki shapes your eye brows, then shows you how to fill them in. She shows you the best way to not only apply the makeup, but how to do it in a way that gives you the best and most natural shape possible. Since the last review, they've moved locations and I also had the pleasure of meeting Priya(sp?) during my last visit. The new place is beautiful and I was so happy to hear they have one now! Priya was filling in for Suki during my visit a couple of days ago. I totally understand why Suki has so many amazing reviews. I visited her a couple days ago after searching for a new brow place on Yelp. Booking was super easy and the location is really cute. Suki does an amazing job shaping my horrible shaped eyebrows. She has the artist ability to create the perfect arch that looks good with your face shape. She is quick with the threading process so it doesn't hurt as you would think it does. I used to go to the Indian shops to get my eyebrows threaded but they are big on producing numbers vs quality. Wow- this lady knows what she's doing! My eyebrows have never looked better than when I walked out of there. The reservation system is a little confusing to me and the receptionist was unprofessional when I was there. There were people coming in and out and going upstairs during my appointment which I thought was strange. But the threading itself was excellent. I am not good at taking care of my eyebrows and she taught me a lot about how to shape them. Threading obviously hurts a bit but much better for my skin than waxing. read more

Prior to going to Suki I was desperately searching for someone to perfectly groom my brows. Suki is amazing. I have never had my eyebrows threaded before and read the reviews about Suki on Yelp, and I thought I would try it. She was very knowledgeable and gave me the 101 of eyebrows. I thought that it was going to be painful but she assured me it would not be because of the high quality thread she used. Sure enough, no pain involved. After threading she gave, me an eyebrow massage. It did not stop there she also gave me a tutorial on how to use a brush and highlighter on my eyebrows.
