I love this place! It's my absolute favorite gas station by far. I am fortunate enough to have…read morefound out about their credit card program that automatically saves me money from the gas I'm getting, PLUS an additional 5 cents cash back per gallon. NOT TO MENTION they have a "Kickback Rewards" program that gives you money you can spend towards gas or merchandise inside. IN ADDITION to ANOTHER extra savings on your gas. I've literally saved so much money by going through these guys, that I've become an exclusive customer to this gas station alone. This company also always has great programs going on, such as the TANK5 cards that are pretty much like a lottery you can play by simply getting the gas you'd normally get. No harm to you, plus one in five customers get $5. Besides the amazing company benefits, this place was just re-vamped with a new paint job as well as improvements hat have been made on each gas tank. Visually, it is very pleasing... The employees inside are always super friendly and excited to see you. The only thing I don't like about this place is the fact that their car wash has significantly gone up in price... You used to be able to get one for $2 if you can believe it!! Now it's up to $4 or $5, I've stopped keeping track. It's much cheaper if I just do it myself now. I don't know who the other guy is that wrote the one star review, but he obviously did not give this place that chance it deserves... If you like disgusting junk food that has been dressed up and had the price jacked up, absolutely, go to QT across the street (or I guess even McDonalds down the road...) but if you come to a gas station to actually get gas, I thoroughly recommend this place. I've saved so much money, that I couldn't afford to go elsewhere!

It always smells like bad gas station food, and anticipate some old lady doing scratch off tickets at the register while you wait. The credit card readers are always trickey and it takes 3 or 4 swipes before it will process. Free air and a cheap carwash if you need it, but do yourself a favor and go to QT across the street.

My car desperately needed a wash today and apparently, so did the rest of St. Louis, because the…read moreline was absolutely packed. Both the members' lane and the non‑members' lane were about 15 cars deep! But here's the thing: this car wash moves FAST. The crew was quick, efficient, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. Once you pull up, you pay, wait your turn, and the staff directs you forward with zero confusion. They give your car a pre‑spray before sending you into the wash, then it's car in neutral and let the belt do the rest. I went with the Elite wash (pun fully intended), and honestly my car came out so clean and shiny. Even for a 2008, it was looking fresh and new! After the wash, I spent about 20 minutes using the vacuums to make sure the inside matched the outside because why stop at "kind of clean" when you can go for "actually clean". Now the real question: Do I need a membership? Maybe! They're offering 50% off memberships for the next three months, and considering that two washes a month basically pays for itself... I'm seriously considering joining. And now I get why they call it Club Car Wash, I might just become a member of the club!

It is well kept, and maintained fairly well. The chain recently got a bad review from the Better Business Bureau, but I have not had a problem. Two things: they have been "packing" the cars through the line in the wash tunnel pretty tightly lately, and sometimes the vacuuming stations are broken. They do fix the broken equipment fairly quickly. They are fairly popular, as the lines can be very long in peak season. The staff is always friendly.

The third time, they motion to pull in, so I pull in like any other time, and then this tall guy with a beard talks to me like a child and says, "Next time wait for me to get in front and give you hand signals, okay?" Well then do not give me hand signals to come in in the first place. Why would you signal me to come in instead of just signal me to hold on? And if intended to signal a certain way, you have to do it CLEARLY. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure things run smoothly in your shop. The same customer does not come into your shop every day. If something isn't working, then you have to change your way of performing your signals, obviously. I am not the only complaint on here about this issue on this page about this shop. And obviously I am not coming back if I am going to be talked to that way. I have never been talked to like that anywhere else, and I don't talk to customers that way, ever.

I told him that the other guy told me to pull into bay 2. He kept speaking rudely to me and said, no he told you to stop at the door to be directed in. Like I couldn't tell the 2 sentences apart? I finally said whatever, because I wasn't going to argue with a liar. At the end of the service, I just told him he lost a long-time customer from being so rude and I would not be coming back. No apology, of course.
