The car wash itself does not have anyone manning it instead there are signs that tell you to pull forward and when to put your car in neutral. This is the first time I've been to a car wash that does not have someone navigating you in it so I was a little nervous but I had no issues at all. The vacuum that I had must've just been so full or maybe had something stuck in it after the car wash because I did not have a very good suction. The only thing I would encourage the location to add are rags with spray on carts like I've seen at other car washes so people can wipe down the insides of their car without having to buy some thing from the vending machine. I think this is a nice bonus to add.

The basic wash is $10 and their best $25. They do not offer vacuums, or even ability to get out of your car. You will exit directly onto the road. My station was out of towels though (sad face). I'm sure I'll be back because it's in the parking lot next to one of my favorite pizza restaurants.

When I arrived, they were ready for me which was great. Two gentleman tackled my car and got all of the crooks and crannies that im unable to reach. I sat in the lobby and worked (legit WiFi) and it took about an hour and 10 minutes. My car wasn't that dirty so I can imagine it might take a little longer if your car has some deep, detailed work it needs. They did a wonderful job and my car felt like new when I got in. The location was easy to find and offered both fuel and a car wash, making it convenient to take care of both at the same stop. We filled up with gas first before heading through the wash. Since this was our first visit to a Waterway location, we weren't familiar with how everything worked. The wash itself was straightforward, and after it was finished, we pulled into one of the vacuum and detailing spaces to wipe down the car. A staff member politely informed us that we had parked in an area reserved for VIP members and directed us to the appropriate area for standard customers when we were pretty much done. It was an easy mistake for first-time visitors to make, but the employee handled it professionally and courteously. The facility itself was very clean and well maintained. The vacuum and detailing areas seemed well organized. The prices also seemed very reasonable for the services provided. Overall, we had a good experience despite our brief confusion about the parking areas. The location is now accurate. You can't miss the super large Amoco sign, even though the associated station is now a BP. Give this wash a try and judge for yourself. The location is good, as is the price. If you fill gas here you can get the fourteen dollar wash for eleven.
