Well then do not give me hand signals to come in in the first place. Why would you signal me to come in instead of just signal me to hold on? And if intended to signal a certain way, you have to do it CLEARLY. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure things run smoothly in your shop. The same customer does not come into your shop every day. If something isn't working, then you have to change your way of performing your signals, obviously. I am not the only complaint on here about this issue on this page about this shop. And obviously I am not coming back if I am going to be talked to that way. I have never been talked to like that anywhere else, and I don't talk to customers that way, ever.​

All the while their manager has no issues with getting the days off he wants as well as leaving early even when short handed. They insisted on selling me a full set of tires when I told them no and they tried to replace the single for a few hundred $ but I also told them no to that and when I went in they literally had a new tire on it when I never approved of that. Between the mishaps and the miscommunication from this crew, it was way too much. I'm a long time customer and have consistently brought my vehicles to Dobbs locations throughout the St. Louis County area and this is my first time at this location and I will not be back. At first, they told me they would have to pull the bumper to get to the lights. And they pulled into the bay, came into the waiting room and told me that that was not the case told me would be $238.65. Since they already had it in the bay, I told him to go ahead. Took them about 40 minutes. When I got the bill, it was $185 for labor & $49.98 for the two lights. A few days later I happen to be driving by the dealer and ran in to see what it would cost. It was $162.00 that included labor and two lights. So I dropped into Legacy And questioned the bill. I was basically told I could've shopped somewhere else or told them to pull the car when they told me the price. I figured they'd at least try to match it but they didn't. So I won't be going back if I have to pay dealer prices I'll go to the dealer. They were friendly enough, just not up front and honest. We were told the wait would be 30 to 40 minutes, which is completely fine, but no one asked if we wanted to leave our car and come back later. We tried multiple times to get someone's attention while several employees were working on a single car's oil change, and instead of helping us, one of them just told us to step out without even taking a moment to speak with us. No explanation, no assistance, nothing. All we needed was a quick conversation so we could decide to leave the car and run errands, but we were completely ignored. This was incredibly poor customer service and very unprofessional. I would not recommend going here.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with an automotive company. They didn't put my oil cap back on and I ended up driving over 150 miles like this ending up with no oil in my car and spilled all over everything under my hood. Once I found this issue and tried to call them I haven't been able to get them on the phone and I have called 7 times. I ended up calling the location down the street on Hawkins and their general manager got me in quickly to assess the issue and correct things to the best of his ability. The general manager of Gravois Bluffs still has not called me back and told me how he is going to correct this or apologized. The only reason I will come back to Jiffy Lube ever is because of Dennis and his crew at the Hawkins location.
