Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

Instead of ignoring it, Zach took full ownership and replaced the trim on both skylights with upgraded foam-backed wood molding at his own expense to ensure everything was airtight and uniform. For one of the gutter installations, since we have many pine trees near, the pine needles got into the gutter after over 15 years and were clogged. I contacted them again, Carlos came over, not only he fixed the clogged gutter, he also fixed 2 valley gutter points that we had had water issues. We are really impressed with the quality of the service, especially the after sale part. It is so rare to have such long term quality service nowadays. Very thankful.
