I love the atmosphere & the staff! They do great needle work and come up with amazing ideas when given some creative freedom.

    Avacyn did an amazing job!!

I've now had two tattoos done from this place!! The sunflower by Avacyn back in 2022 and then just got Autism Tree today by Rae!! Both artist were soo amazing!! My experience there both times was so great!! And just look at the amazing work Avacyn and Rae do!!

Keloid produced from improper piercing angle and incorrectly piercing through the "bridge" of that nostril.

Piercing here? Don't do it. I wanted to love this place. I love their aesthetic and I enjoyed the staff. But, after getting my nose pierced and having a major disruption in that area within the first few weeksI had to seek out another opinion and found out that my nose was pierced in the wrong spot and at an angle which produced a keloid on my nose. The dreaded nose bump. I found out the piercer needed to pierce the nose further back behind the bridge of that nostril. This may be a permanent scar on my face and a permanent bump. I had to abandon the piercing altogether and I'm currently trying to let it heal to be able to get it redone if possible. The very thing I didn't want to happen, happened. I'm so disappointed.

The permanent tattoo. I stopped her when I noticed what she had done.

I went in with a request to brighten up a 20-year-old tattoo and add some detail. I told the artist Manda. The only thing I wish I could change is the shading around the first tattoo. I had never been a big fan. I asked for two dragonflies to partially cover up this feature. She was confident that she could do what I asked and I was excited about her planned design. Her next appointment wasn't for two months, so I paid the deposit and came back then. The tattoo was on my upper right shoulder, so she began to work, and when she stopped to take a break, I looked down and noticed a considerable amount of black ink on my shoulder. I looked at her and said is that permanent and she said yes, that's what you wanted. I couldn't believe what I saw and went outside to take a few breaths. I returned and said I did not want to go any further. I got my stuff and tried to leave, and she became hostile along with the rest of the staff and threatened to call the police. They said I had to pay money since she had worked on me. Even though what she did permanently damaged my body. I would not pay so they called the owner. I waited for the owner to come; her name was Nikole. I told her I didn't feel comfortable with Manda or anyone else there after the incident; she said if Amanda didn't work it out, she would take care of it. She seemed to understand and offered to make it right but did say I needed to pay for her artist time spent. I felt she was genuine and would take care of the issue from this point. She said to wait for the tattoo to heal and then make a plan with Amanda and if she couldn't come up with anything that she would take care of me. After two calls, the tattoo artist said the owner would take care of the mistake from there because she was not able to. She never even gave me a new design. Then the owner emailed me and asked me to give her time to review information and pictures. I did. Nikole happened to respond during the week my grandma died. I could not respond and didn't check emails for about a week. She then emailed me within that time frame, saying she now assumed I didn't want to proceed and stopped communication. I emailed her and said I had lost my grandma and wanted to move forward with correction. I waited two weeks with no response. So I filed a complaint with BBB and the attorney general. That's when she finally called me. She said she was not liable because the tattoo artist was an independent contractor and she no longer works there. In other words she thinks she is not responsible and she is no longer holding to her word.(verbal contract) Beware of the next person allowed to work there. There is no standard of work or code of ethics at this shop from what I have experienced. Nonetheless, this matter will be going to court. In summary this business allows a tattoo artist to make a mistake and does not take responsibility for the issue. Makes the customer feel like a criminal and then drops the ball on a promise to correct. I waited almost two months before writing this or filing a complaint. Hoping this women owned and ran business would ring true to the standards us women live by. Unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I have had as a consumer. Lastly, I had a friend with me the whole time who witnessed the consult and the mistake. ***The first picture shows a tattoo consult, and the second is what is permanently on my body.

The owner is very unwelcoming and does not provide a good environment for tattoo work.

Nikole, along with the entire staff, have always made me feel so welcome and well-taken care of in the shop from the moment I walk in.

A little over an hour later, walked out with two new body mods that I am extremely proud of for a price that was both affordable ($190 combined) and well worth the service I got. Tattoo artist Miss Morgan did a fantastic job with a first-time client. She worked quickly and put my mind at ease. Pain on a scale of 1 to 10 was about a 4, with a few twinges of 5 as she approached the bonier parts of my sternum, and many stretches where it was a 3 or even nonexistent. From start-to-finish, it took less than forty minutes, and possibly half that time. When she said "You're done." I was pleasantly surprised. Now I have two Chinese characters that are personally meaningful to me on my chest forever. Most important, I am certain I made the right decision. Based on the much more intricate designs on their walls and their heavily-inked clientele (which means a lot of repeat business), I don't think you can go wrong with any artist here, but if this is you first tattoo and you are nervous, consider asking for Miss Morgan by name. I could not be happier with her work, and she had a fantastic bedside manner. Piercing was done by Caleb, who does all of their piercings, I believe. I'm not shy about my body, but if you are and you want to get pierced in an area that isn't visible to the public, you should know that Caleb is courteous, professional, and very good at what he does. He helped me decide between a Prince Albert and a frenum based on what I was looking for and his expertise without steering me either way forcefully. I previously had a Prince Albert, but opted for the frenum this time, and I am extremely pleased with the result. It's still healing, and will be for some time, but the initial excitement and pride of getting this done still hasn't worn off. The pain was about a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10, but Caleb worked so quickly and efficiently that I barely noticed it after a very intense less than one second period. If you are male and reading this while thinking of getting a piercing down there, my advice is to do it (you can remove them and they will heal without much notice or any damage). Professional service matters, and Caleb provided it like it was second nature, probably because he's done this many many times before. Both appointments were walk-ins on a Friday afternoon. Note that there can be a bit of a wait, since I do not believe they take appointments on the weekend, but only for the tattoo. There was almost no wait for the piercing (just 20 minutes or so for them to prep the area after seeing another client). I had been thinking about getting both procedures done for a long time, and I'm extremely pleased that I did not have to wait an excessive amount of time to get them done. Overall, this is a very professional and affordable shop, and I would recommend it heavily to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo or piercing, especially if this is your first one. If I could give this place a sixth star, I would.

The artist ( Dee) who did my tattoo assured me that it won't hurt and he was quick and carful, it didn't hurt at all only tiny pinches, I was expecting much worse. I 100% recommend coming here for ur first tattoos if ur a nervous or unsure like I was. The women who helped me find the kind of design I wanted was super helpful and kind also ! They make sure the spot u want the tattoo is clean and satanized, just omg best experience ever!!!
