There was a curved root that made the process difficult, and the professionals performing and assisting the procedure did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible during it. As I was checking out afterwards a staff member thought I appeared a little unsteady and had me sit. I was then evaluated and attended to and assisted and watched over as if it was my family caring for me. I was told to make myself comfortable and to stay as long as I wanted. When I was later ready to go I was told to be sure to let them know I got home safely. I feel lucky to have found this dental practice and I will be staying with them and have sung their praises to friends and family.

I have an open bite and need a crown put on before I get braces. Since the braces are meant to level my bite pre surgery, there's no way I could withstand years of pain caused by chewing on ONE TOOTH, THATS RIGHT PEOPLE IM ONLY CHEWING ON ONE TOOTH. He refused to use my surgeon after promising that he would be willing to work with any other doctor. he only works with dr mahr at BMC now and couldn't get me in to see him so he just refused to see me again. He also told my dentist not to fix my crown and then refused to see me. He has caused me months of chronic pain and I'm left to completely start over. He never at any point called me to apologize, explain what he did or help me find different medical attention. FWI I RECORED OUR CONVERSATION SO I HAVE PROOF OF WHAT YOU PUT ME THROUGH! The dental hygienist, Jessica, was extremely professional and personable. I can't tolerate cold water so she had to do an old school cleaning and she did it spectacularly well. She also had to take 18 x-rays and she did everything possible to make it as easy as she could. Dr. Yeh was also very professional and personable. I appreciated that he's conservative and doesn't try to get you to have procedures you don't truly need or need yet. This will definitely be my family's new dentist!

The office was clean, easy to locate with sufficient parking and a short wait time to see the dentist. The staff (front desk, dental assistants & dentist) were very polite and helpful. They addressed my concerns and thoroughly explained the paperwork & Xrays to me while we came up with a dental game plan. i did not feel i was being rushed or ignored. It was made clear that i was only interested in services that were covered by my insurance and they complied. i go back in 3 weeks for a cavity fill. So far i do not have any admin paperwork or tooth repair issues but as a patient who tends to get involved upfront with issues & concerns, my great expectation is that they will continue to be reliable & thorough & i will continue to go.

PLEASE READ THIS IN FULL BEFORE CONSIDERING TREATMENT FROM DR. WOODS AND HIS STAFF:…read more I have been a patient of Dr Woods for over 10 years. My mom used to deal with making all of the appointments and talking with the staff and I never truly understood her frustrations until recently. Now that I'm an adult I've had the pleasure of dealing with the unprofessional and disrespectful front office staff myself. Based on my last 10 years of treatment from Dr Woods here is what you can expect to experience as his patient: Anytime you call the office the receptionist Heather, who clearly hates her job, will sound irritated that you even called in the first place. It is likely she'll tell you they are booked solid for the next 8 weeks and there's no way they can get you in even in an emergency. It is also likely that she'll tell you they are going to be taking another vacation and shutting down the offices for two weeks even though they are already struggling to meet patient's needs, which makes finding an appointment nearly impossible. Then when you finally find an appointment she'll warn you about the exorbitant price of the visit. But don't you dare raise any concerns about the fact that it will cost you almost $200 because you will be told "well that's just what it is" as if money grows on trees and you haven't been a loyal patient for over a decade and spent well over $7k on treatment already. It also doesn't matter that you've had this wire fixed a dozen times and paid for it every single time without complaint. The icing on the cake is when you finally get to your appointment and sit down in the chair after waiting for nearly 30 minutes to be seen. The computer screen next to you will have your patient file pulled up with a long comment from Heather the receptionist filled with lies about how you (the loyal patient of 10 years) were "upset and argued with her on the phone and told her what the price should be and how you were upset that you have to deal with this every year." When in reality you were simply asking for clarification based on previous treatments at that office. You never once TOLD her what the price SHOULD be, but rather you referenced what you have paid in the past and ASKED why it would cost so much more this time around. God forbid you want to make sure you're paying a fair price after already dishing out an arm and a leg for braces, etc. Talk about a smack in the face. What practice allows their receptionist to write untruthful and unkind remarks about patient interactions when the patient is unable to speak for themselves. I read the comment she wrote and almost left on the spot, but I needed the wire fixed so I bit my tongue. After Dr Woods was done he whispered to the tech. and told her to bring me up to the front desk to bill me for the small amount of work he did. I paid the ridiculous fee and left. I will never recommend Dr Woods' practice to anyone who expects to be treated fairly and respectfully by their doctor and his staff. I understand that all businesses are struggling to find workers and meet demand and that Dr Woods runs a massive practice here on Cape. That being said, if you cannot rise to the occasion and treat your patients with the bare minimum of dignity and respect when they have a simple question about price, then you should not be in practice PERIOD. And if your receptionist finds it acceptable to write untruthful comments about a patient in their chart, then you might want to reevaluate who you have working up front and how they present themselves and your business to the public. This is not it. Don't waste your time, money, or patience on this mess.

On at least one occasion, a tool or elastic or something fell onto my chest under my shirt. Dr. Serijan retrieved it himself...from under the shirt of a young teenage girl. Despite having multiple female assistants around. Dr. Serijan often fixed my braces, inspected them, et cetera, without using gloves. His hands were literally in my mouth without gloves on. When parent's were back in the office with their children, the radio station was always set to soft rock. As soon as they left, it was switched to vitriolic programs that were inappropriate for children. He often would shout at or put down his assistants when only children were in the back.
