Absolutely love everything about this place. It's a great way to get a glamorous look without the $600.00 expense. My experience is as follows: I initially booked my appointment with Caroline via FB. She's very sweet and very helpful. She asked for a picture of my lips to determine whether or not I was a candidate, and I was happy to know I got the approval. She then asked if I had a color in mind, I told her I wanted the Angelina Jolie pink lips. I am happy to say they matched the color exactly. Appointment Booking- Caroline booked my appointment, and I paid a non-refundable fee of $50.00 (totally worth it). Appointment Day/Consultation- I showed up to my appointment and was immediately greeted and asked to go to one of the rooms. All the students here are very cordial and attentive to your needs. Each room consists of two students and two lucky clients. My tattoo artist was the beautiful and very talented Nadine. I started my visit by filling out paperwork, while I was filling out paperwork Nadine got her tools ready. Once done, Nadine explained aftercare and she kindly gave me an aftercare kit which consisted of anti-septic ointment, q-tips, a lip shaped rehydrating mask, and Vaseline-like ointment. I then showed her my color (Bazooka pink) and I explained my lip structure preference. She drew it out and once approved by me, she quickly began her magic. Pain- Please keep in mind your lips are highly sensitive and pain is relative to the person. I personally thought this was a painful process, not because of Nadine, but because it's a sensitive area. I've had my eyebrows micro bladed and the pain is much more than this. However, Nadine did apply multiple applications of lidocaine, this really helped, especially towards the end when your lips have had time to swell due to trauma from the needle. Aftermath- After my procedure, Nadine gave me a lip shaped ice pack. It was difficult for me to keep the ice pack on my lips due to sensitivity, but after time passed on the drive home, I was able to apply the ice pack with no problem. Healing- This part is relatively easy, I noticed swelling decreased after about 4 hours. If you apply ointment often your healing time is cut in half. By the third day my lips were no longer swollen at all. I just had chapped/flaky lips. By the 4th day my lips were basically completely healed. Nadine sent me a message asking me my status and I was happy to tell her my lips were in great condition. Results- I love my results so far, I have zero regrets about coming here. I still have to book my touch-up appointment but I am pretty content with my lips. I highly recommend getting lip blush here, ask for Nadine! She is fantastic!! read more

I recently had a lashline enhancement done by Caroline and was unfortunately diagnosed with corneal abrasion due to the procedure. I experienced blurry vision immediately after, and the pain that followed later that afternoon was one of the worst in my life. I felt a sharp stabbing pain in my eye, along with excessive tearing and feeling like something was in my eyes. I was prescribed an antibiotic ointment that has helped relieve the pain and my vision has thankfully been recovering. I'm grateful as it could've been a lot worse. I'm posting this review as a warning to anyone considering permanent eyeliner with Caroline, given the risk of corneal injuries. It could have been due to pressure, contact, etc. - I felt pressure on my eyes while Caroline was working on the eyeliner and some of the lidocaine entered my eyes. Caroline did try to flush it out, but it didn't help very much and I still felt discomfort. There were also points during the session when the numbing wore off, and I felt the stinging vibrations more intensely. When I contacted Caroline about the symptoms I was experiencing and my diagnosis, she expressed that I'm her first client who has experienced this. She shared the products used and inquired about my condition, but no attempt was made to rectify the situation (admitting fault, offering full or partial refund, etc.). I'm very disappointed by outcome of the session as well as the service, and would advise future clients to think twice before booking an eyeliner service at Arch to End. Caroline is the best in the lip blush game!! I have always been very insecure about my lips and never wear lipsticks because my lips has a very dark pigmentation on the outer edges that even a bold lipstick can't cover. I didn't know that there is a way to fix this until I found Caroline on her Instagram page. Caroline was very professional and skillful during the entire process. She explained to me everything that could be expected based on my lips condition, both positive and negative aspects. I had a pretty severe dark pigmentation, therefore my lips might required 2-3 sessions. However, with Caroline, I achieved my desired color with only 2 sessions (1 neutralization + 1 touch up). In the beginning, I didn't know how to describe the color/shade I wanted because I didn't know which would fit my skin tone. But Caroline did a perfect job in creating a color that matched me! Just a note that the color right after the session is usually not what will stay. It will heal into a lighter color. I want to first start off by saying I was a chosen as a demo model and Caroline is the one who did my lips! I can't express how much I love my lip blush! I got them done in summer of last year so it's been almost a year since my initial procedure and i haven't gone in for an annual touch up yet. The color is still holding on really well (even though I'm not that great at taking care of my lips- sorry Caroline ). The pain was a good 4 or 5/10. Caroline, aka owner of Arch to End, was by far the best instructor/teacher I've had in my life! I took her 2 days beginner course, and it was worth every penny! Mind you, I never had any PMU training. But, her own written manual of almost 100 pages which broke down the anatomy of the skin/lip surfaces, color theory, the business side of this service, and most importantly, sanitation, helped me understand every step about this trade. I live the way she studies different techniques and figures out which style works best on each individual student. What I mean is that she does not MAKE you learn just 1 particular style. She will have you watch her in action the end of the first day. Step by step. I worked on a live model at the end of the second day. The ladies here are amazing, and that's an understatement! I came here for the lip blush tattoo and Gloria made me feel very comfortable, even though I was nervous. Caroline was very helpful with perfecting my lip shape before the process. She's a perfectionist and it shows in her work! The tattoo itself was not 100% painless. I'd be lying if I said that. Gloria used a numbing cream to make it more tolerable, but I felt some pain during the first pass, especially near the lip line. Since I haven't given birth yet, I'm not sure how it compares, but I'm a wimp when it comes to pain and I promise you you'll survive. If you don't have a high pain tolerance, bring a stress ball. Also, make sure you wear comfortable clothes because you might sweat a lot. During the second part, a liquid numbing agent is used, and it's pretty much smooth sailing from there. I barely felt any pain at this point, but I couldn't exactly fall asleep either. My lips swelled up into two big balloons at the end of the day, like I'd gone overboard on lip injections, but thanks to Covid-19, I was able to cover this up with a mask. Within two days, my lips were back to their original size, and I no longer had to drink through a straw. I didn't have a whole lot of scabbing, which I had prepared myself for, and I'd never been more happy to be disappointed. At over a week now, the color is beautiful, and I can't wait for my touch-up. To be honest, I never had any intention of ever getting a lip blush nor even think about tattooing any part of my lips. I was familiar with lip blushes and thought it was pretty but was never that interested until a friend of mine shared Arch to End's Instagram page... Her work... b e a u t i f u l. I could not stop staring and scrolling through all the juicy lips . Caroline is THEE ARTIST. I didn't know how my lips were gonna heal and if they were going to come out brighter than I usually like them, so I asked for a natural mauvy-pink color and Caroline delivered. And if anyone knows me, I am not a big fan of wearing lipstick. It is a pain to me when I'm eating and I am constantly wiping my mouth. Caroline is super experienced and she really knows what she is doing. I was one of her instructor models and just listening to her talk to her student, I was learning a lot (while laying on the bed). Even meeting her for the first time, she made me feel very comfortable and always checked on me if I was feeling okay and making sure pain was minimum. Prior to the lip blush, I had my eyebrows tattooed before and so in my head, I'm thinking "lips shouldn't hurt, especially with numbing". Little did I know, your lips are the most sensitive part of your face (even more sensitive than your fingertips). However, she is the only person I would trust with my lips and eyes. (Yes!! I said eyes because she does eyeliner/lash line enhancements!!) As a result, my lips came out beautiful and was more than happy with them. And if you follow through with her thorough after-care, it will heal very well over time. She even gives you more than what you need in her aftercare kit for the best results. As for the eyeliner tattoo.. life changing. I have always been insecure with how sparse my eyelashes were and how terrible I am at applying eyeliner, but I have never felt so confident (and well... pretty ). Not only is Caroline amazing at her job, she is a perfectionist and produces nothing but the best results. I can now laugh and cry without smearing or looking like a panda (or a clown ). This review is longgg overdue... I received the lip blush treatment from Caroline and WOW. This was my first experience with having anything permanent done on my body that involved paperwork and signing as such so i was a bit nervous , but Caroline made me feel completely comfortable. I was being used as a model for one of Caroline's students, but I believe I still experienced the full pamper. Her studio was SO clean and and so was she. Caroline was thorough with her sanitization and ensured that all of her tools were clean, leaving me no paranoia about any contamination. Not going to lie, the lip tattoo itself did hurt but was pretty tolerable but what do you expect. There were times where the pain got a little too much so she did pause and apply pressure to ease it which really helped! Be communicative with her and there should be no problems. Lips looked amazing immediately right after, and were pretty numb but nothing bad. The healing process was not as bad at all as what I thought it was going to be, in all took a week for me personally. Lips felt chapped for 3 days max then peeled naturally and were back to normal. It started to affect my confidence as I started to feel dependent on the product as well. Finally I discovered SMP! Not going to lie it took me a while to be convinced to get it. And most importantly finding the trust in someone to do it. Caroline, first of all, is so nice and made me feel 100% comfortable thru out the whole experience. When I arrived, right away the decisions were all up to me. She gave me the option of working with the hair line I already had, or evening out my hair line ( it recedes on the sides ). I decided to just keep my natural hair line, as my biggest concern was my hair density. Eventually, I do see myself later down the line having to fix my hairline, so I guess you can call this start of a journey. The procedure is super simple. I'm not going to lie, it's not painful but I did need breaks because I naturally was tensing up. Naturally, I think my body was just get scared. But I'm sure once I go back, I know what my results will be , so I will be able to enjoy it. Beauty is pain! (Even though, trust me it really does not hurt lol) Overall, I couldn't have been more grateful of having the opportunity to have Caroline do my SMP. Caroline also offers training courses on PMU. You know what they say, " the best way to learn something is to be able to teach something". Personally to me, that speaks volumes and ultimately made me feel like I was in good hands. INSTANTLY, as I walked out the door, my confidence felt like it "turned on forever". I can ALWAYS look ready. As soon as I come out the shower, my hair feels ready to go. This was a feeling that I didn't think I would ever be able to achieve unless I really had guts and the MONEY to get a hair transplant. Sorry this review is so long, but for anyone that has made it this far, this is your sign to get it done. It's more than just a service, you will being able to look at yourself in the mirror and feel confident, it truly lifts your spirits. This is a feeling I believe EVERYONE deserves to feel.
