They blamed it on the technician's cellphone app. I was refunded $765.50 that same day. Of course I don't know what the real story was - did they try to take advantage of me or was it an honest mistake? If you're going to deal with them, I'd advise you comparison shop and be VERY clear what the charges are going to be before the work is done.

At first, told me there would be no charge to evaluate the issue but my bill showed that they did. They tried to charge me $277 bucks for a fix that ended up not even fixing the issue. After some complaining, they removed the evaluation charge but $195 is still too much for not having fixed the issue. Months later, I had a plumbing issue with a bathroom faucet. Just needed to be replaced. I didn't realize I already used them once before. Life is hectic. I lost track. And I was regretting reaching out to them but decided to give them a chance. The universe intervened and said, "nah." They said they'd come around 4PM the same day. They never showed up. I reached out to them asking when they planned to arrive. No response. I took that as a sign to just decline the service altogether. They responded over a day later asking to reschedule. Nah. Never again.
