The first time, despite my anxiety, he managed to convince me that we should not grab someone for a Sunday emergency service, since that's going to be way more expensive. He was right, because at the time the issue was both intermittent and thus unsolvable. We didn't see the issue again for about 10 months. Fast-forward, and the issue happened again. This time we caught it and figured out exactly what needed to be done. His team fixed it quickly and hopefully, we won't see the issues again.

They do very thorough and good work and are really dedicated to getting to the root of the problem and getting the job done right. If they have to go out and get another part or spend extra time solving a problem they absolutely will! I've seen Peter give up his lunch to go pick up something he needed to do here! They've gotten busier and we've had other people here who work with Peter and they all were wonderful. In all honesty the bills are not inexpensive but plumbing never is. You have to keep in mind with plumbing that it is essentially an emergency service. What is good about this company is that they really care about doing the job right, they stand behind their work and they will always tell you the truth about what would be best for you.
