    Pizza & Tataki Thon

Nice service, attentive and not overbearing, and I love the Bob Marley playlist. Good food with a Tataki tuna, Tataki shoulder & Pizza with bacon on our menu. Beers are great, pick their pairings.

    Best Bloody Caesar EVER!!!

I would give this restaurant 6 stars if I could. The beer is 4 star, the food was an amazing 5 stars, and the Bloody Caesar is the best I ever had at 6 stars (and I order Bloody Caesars wherever I can). The food is exquisite. It's a symphony of flavours in your mouth. The sauces are delectible and the meats are cooked to perfection. I will go back *every* time I am in the area. I'm attaching pictures of the Caesar and 2 great dishes.

    Trio of tartares amazing

Beautiful restaurant with a super friendly staff. The place was packed but we barely had to wait to be seated. We had the trio of tartares ( beef, deer and salmon), the braised beef cheek and for dessert the most wonderful thing ever the fried ice cream. Everything was amazing. My boyfriend had a craft beer which he enjoyed greatly. A definite must try.

A regular spot to hit when I am visiting friends near Quebec City. Excellent bar serving quality food and decent microbrews. Came here and sat at the bar indoors with a large crowd of regulars. There is also an outdoor area. Service at the bar was excellent and the food menu is available in English. I ordered my usuals, Red Deer Tartare and Tataki de Cerf. Excellent, fresh and well prepared as always. The Tataki de Cerf is seved with an arugula salad and freshly shaved parmesan. The red deer tartar has a nice spicy kick to it, topped with a quail egg and can be ordered as an entree or a main (with fries and a salad). The nacho plates are also a good value along with many other items on the menu. Overall an establishment offering consistent good service and quality, but it does help to have French Canadian friends to enjoy it with.

    Duo de tartare

We came here for dinner on a Sunday night and I have mixed feelings about it. The hostess was very cold and couldn't even be bothered to smile when greeting us, however our server was friendly but a little forgetful although it didn't create any issue and he still made sure to take care of our table. The location is very large with rustic decor , good for groups and for a casual date. The prices were reasonable especially considering the large portions. We started with a choice of their signature beers which we all enjoyed and they bring you a plate of delicious olives and bread as soon as you sit down. (Our server was kind enough to keep the olives coming since we all really loved them which was really nice of him !) We all ordered the duo of salmon tartare which was a mix of raw and smoked salmon. The serving was big and came with bread, salad and French fries which was nice but while the tartare tasted fresh the mix of the spices with the smoked salmon wasn't my favourite. It wasn't particularly bad it was just very strong and so after half of my tartare I had enough. I wouldn't rule this place out to come back to next time I'm in Quebec City but I think I would just change my order to one of their other menu items.

The fries were decent until the ketchup was introduced; as someone who traditionally doesn't like ketchup, it was genuinely one of the greatest sauces I've ever had, and was closer to a pesto consistency. Overall very good bang for the buck.

Have these people never had a burger before? There's nothing wrong with the burgers here, but there's also nothing right about them. They're burgers. Meat, bread, lettuce, sauces..yep. It's a burger. And it's okay. Bland and by-the-book to a fault. It tasted liked they perfected the art of having minimal flavors and ingredients, as if they were weighing the taste of each in a highly technical way. I forgot I even went here by the next day and was only reminded by pictures I took. It's basically the Quebecois version of whatever one step up from an Applebee's would be, but with a premium price tag and hype. Any other burger in town would probably be just as good if not better. Side was pretty bad. Basically burnt tofu. Service was lacking, but there. I was tended to in the most basic 'there's another table to get through' way possible. Check took a long time to get to me and I ended up just walking up to the counter. Not sure why. There weren't a lot of people there. Tons of seating and a pretty nice view, although that's hard to not have in Quebec City. Can't recommend it with so many other options and delicacies not all that far away. They have great vegetarian options as well. We ordered the shrimp roll, bánh mì, sun-dried tomato lentil dip with pita, and the halloumi salad - everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We sat outside where you can choose between sun or shade, which was really nice after being out biking all day. You can tell the people working here take pride in what they do. Friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and a perfect stop on Île d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend!
