Stopped here to enjoy dinner with my husband after a long day of sightseeing! This was another location that was a short walk from where we were staying and despite how busy the dinner rush was we were still able to be seated right away. Our server gave us some recommendations on the menu items and we ended up ordering the sparkling pineapple (aperol drink with pineapple juice & gin) which was sooo refreshing for a warm evening, and for our meals we got the shepherd burger and the chicken & avocado sandwich. The bacon apricot chutney and goat cheese were a phenomenal combo for the burger that made it so mouthwatering! The chicken sandwich was served on a ciabatta bread which was already a win for me, and was seasoned so nicely! Before I knew it the food was already gone, and isn't it a sign that you made good choice when the table I quiet because you're eating consistently lol. This was a great laid back type of spot for family, friends and dates alike to come chill and have a nice meal and drink after a long day. I will for sure be back to this spot again! read more

Can get crowded during HH but there's plenty of outdoor seating. In the hot summer months, this is a good spot to grab a cold beer, the white IPA in particular. 3 brasseurs used to be one of my favourite places in summer when you want cold beer and fries on a terrace... those days are long gone.... My husband loves the pork shank with potatoes at 3B, so he got the same thing in Quebec City. But much to his surprise the portion was MUCH smaller than what we get in Montreal and more than half the plate was green beans. I got the Campania Flammekuechen (basically like a thin crust pizza) and then the churros with ice cream. Not impressed by the pizza nor the churros, which were super doughy inside. Fresh off a week long trip to Québec City, there was a lot if memorable sights, events, and foods. While it might be a crime to say, a sandwich and amber pint from Les Three Brasseurs stood out as my favorite meal from the whole trip. We made the trek from our AirBnB to the restaurant-heavy Grande Allee and reached Les Three Brasseurs first. Not wanting to go with the first choice, we went down the whole road, looking at every single menu for the restaurants on both sides of the street. Always go with your gut, as the chicken bacon avocado sandwich was calling my name. Since it was post-lunch afternoon hours, we were seated immediately. I ordered the abovementioned sandwich and amber pint quickly after sitting. The sandwich was bold, juicy, and crunchy without any hint of sogginess. The beer was crisp and refreshing, with all the positive buzzwords about beer. In the end, the bill came to $56 USD after tax and tip. While I wouldn't make the 9.5 hour drive for the sandwich, it was worth the 20 minute Québec walk! read more

I gotta say, the amber ale and poutine was great. That's about where it ends. I ordered the ribs, which were quite disappointing. The other dishes such as the Brussels sprout salad and burgers were lackluster too. They didn't even ask what temperature to cook the burgers. The service was decent overall, we were just seated by the doorway which created a tornado table situation. Walking in and out of the restaurant we had to go through a good 3 inches of standing water, luckily I was wearing boots but the ladies weren't! The bathrooms were located upstairs, a bit of a hike but you get a great view of the brew tanks while walking by. In Quebec City for two days and had some amazing meals but was craving some good old chain pub food and saw some other reviews that said this place was close to the American type chain pub restaurants and they were right! Atmosphere was great. Good music, lots of space, very clean place. We went late at night and there was still a fair amount of people eating and drinking in the multiple rooms. The servers were very friendly and spoke English really well. The beers were really great. Besides being super affordable my man is a beer aficionado and loved their beers. They brought us tasters of their beer special of the night right as we sat down that was great too. The food was good, now keep in mind that it's pub food and we love simple easy non fancy pub food, so we were happy. It's by no means super tasty incredible call-home about food but it was hearty, good portions and exactly what we wanted at the time. If you are looking for a food experience in the city this isn't the place for you but for a good hearty easy pub meal and a buncha beers then totally check it out while you're in town. read more

The food may be great. But I wouldn't know, having stopped only for the beers. That said, I was impressed with their offerings, trying a winter ale and a stout. One I love that they don't serve their beers in generic pint glasses. Two, the atmosphere here was inviting and warm, and given the sub-freezing temperatures going on outside (March), that mattered. A lot. Good value for the price. Not quite a must in Quebec, but if looking for quality beer and presumably comfort food to combat the cold weather outside, one could do far worse. Omg!!!! The beer bartered poutine is to die for! I tried the popular places in Montreal and they were delicious however, beer battered poutine- oh my god! My regret is that I didn't order another one, the portion was not that large although satisfying. I really could of used another serving of it. I'm apparently going to be the contrarian here (in a positive way), giving Les Trois Brasseurs a thumbs-up. For those of you from the States, think of this as a more rustic version of Gordon Biersch or BJ's, with their own line of beers and good hearty pub fare. We opted for the Blonde beer, which was quite refreshing on a hot day, and we tried out two of the Flammes - the Milan and the Southern, both of which were delicious, with a slight edge going to the Southern, because of the caramelized onions. All of the dishes that went by looked great, especially the burgers (mammoth) and the fish and chips. We sat at the bar, so we received prompt, friendly service. All in all, a nice way to end our visit to Québec, fortified (in more ways than one) for the trip back home - especially important when you have to transfer through Newark! read more

This was a great find. The place was busy at 7:30 on a Monday, but we got a seat outside right away. To my surprise, the line at 8:30 waiting to get seated was about 20 persons deep. Our server was friendly but not as attentive due to how busy it was. We got our meal about 20-25 minutes after it was ordered. I had a terrific goat cheese artisan bread with red onions, tomatoes and cheese (think flat bread pizza). I went to the restaurant they have in the shopping center Ste Foy. I must say they have a really delicious menu. I ordered a classical burger and my mom a ceasar salad, best choices ever. The burger was so juicy and delicious, they added a tasty and fresh salad. Nice combination. The Ceasar salad, my mom said it was one of the best she ever taste, and she really loves Ceasar Salad, and have tried it in many places. We ordered 2 sparkling lemonades, so perfect!! But for those who are into drinks, I saw they have a wide variety of beers, so nobody is going to be disappointed!! I really recommend this restaurant, don't hesitate to make a visite to try some nice meats and an excellent beer. The ambience is great, the service is very professional. Really a very solid choice. We had a tandoori flammekueche, a ceasar salad, and a French onion soup. All were good. I especially appreciated that the soup was not a rubbery mass of cheese and bread, but an appetizing amount of each atop a delicious onion broth.
