    Duck wings

We ended our stay in Quebec here, and I'm so glad we did. On a cold, snowy night, this cozy bar was exactly what we needed. The duck wings were phenomenal. They gave me turkey leg vibes, and I wanted an additional order on top of the six I got. The maple soy was a perfect salty sweet combo for sauce. My burger was excellent. The beef was so fresh - it had great flavor. Just a good ole fashion tasty burger that hit the spot! Vibes were high here. The brownie... I could have eaten five more! Get this.

Q-de-Sac is a trendy, touristy, everything that is wrong with a tourist spot, but also everything that is right. It's crowded yes but the vibe here is very lively, and full of everyone enjoying the delicious food here. They have tons of different draft beer. The poutine here is good with the curds being the highlight. They were delicious chunks of cheese. We also had a Caesar salad salad and the French onion soup. Enjoy everything, but leave the French onion soup alone it just didn't live up to the self-billed best French onion soup in town. It wouldn't even be the best French onion soup at my house. That being said, with all of the beer, options, and all of the other food options, I wouldn't recommend against anybody trying this place out. It was a good time.

    Beef tartare and onion soup

We were promptly seated at the bar & the bartender was attentive. They gave a fantastic happy hour and the local white wine was delicious. Highly recommend the beef tartare. The onion soup was a little too peppery for us. The pizzas looked and smelled amazing, will have to go back.

We stopped here this past weekend after arriving hearing good things about this place. The location was great right in the strip of lots of shops and souvenirs along with a handful of other restaurants. The inside was nice and cozy and it really made it known you were in Quebec with the decor. Server was friendly and fast and we had no complaints with that. The drink options were good. We got a beer which was nice and a cocktail with chocolate and Coke which was interesting yet very refreshing! The food was very good overall. Started off with the beef tartare which didn't have too much flavor but was still very nice. And the bread that came with it was perfectly crisp. For the mains we got fish and chips with a side of poutine. The poutine was average but the fish was fried to perfection and not bland at all. And the tartar sauce is one of the better ones we have ever had. Finally, we also got the poutine with foie gras torchon which was so good! The foie gras added so much to the dish. And the bacon and meat glaze all combined to work perfectly. This was definitely one of my favorite poutines we've ever had. Overall very nice spot for a lunch so if you're in the area would definitely recommend as their other menu options looked very good as well! *this is only our opinion*

Good service. Friendly staff. We went everyday when we visit old Quebec. Good spot to catch a good hockey game.

Wow, what a hidden gem in Old Quebec. Great location and ambiance. Super cozy inside. The bartender was super nice. The duck wings were super tasty! Had never had duck wings before and I loved them. And they paired really well with the Boreale Hazy IPA.

It is a nice restaurant in Old City, Quebec, situated in the perfect spot for views and people-watching. The inside is very small, but if the weather permits, the patio is the best seating area. We visited in August, so the weather was perfect. It seems like this is a popular place, so there may be a bit of a wait for a table. They have decent selections of bar-type food, draft beers, and drinks. We ordered pizza, duck wings, and poutine. All were very tasty, except I wasn't a fan of their poutine. Service was friendly and attentive--very chill and casual atmosphere. It's the perfect place to stop for lunch or a drink in between exploring the old city.

Awesome poutine. I don't need to say more. It was quick and hot and tasty. Went right when it opened

If you are here you either work at town hall or are a tourist and you walked. Location: Very pub looking, which is handy since its a pub. They have summer outdoor seating which must be absolutely fantastic to sit out there. I came well after the lunch crowd so the restaurant had cleared out. There were a few tables sat and the regulars at the bar! Menu: Standard pub offerings. The menus are in French and English the servers speak both as well. I ordered calamari app and bangers and mash. It came with a soup, cream of asparagus. The soup was terrific. Never had it before and now cream of asparagus is my favourite! The calamari was surprisingly bland but the dipping sauce was great and saved the day. The sausage and potatoes were really good. I liked it and if I ever came back I thonk id get it again

I was informed that all burgers come only well done I should have settled up right there, but didn't Wife's mussels were huge to be fair but not much taste. My burger was surprise surprise. Like a brick. Chips were cold.Other than that... Final thoughts it's a typical churn and burn tourist hot spot place with no pride in what they are putting out. Shame on me for ignoring my own warning bells, BTW the two stars are for their very good cocktail.

Succulent and juicy. Fantastic real french fried potatoes. Extensive beer and micro brew list and also a full bar and wines by the bottle. Very fun ambiance with an old school student like feel. Took me back. Not expensive for excellent quality food. Lep is a wonderful server and deserves a bigger shoutout. Close to Laval University and not touristy. Enjoyed the experience.

Le Sacrement has so much potential(!!!), but totally misses the mark. I don't know what happened…read moresince the previous yelpers ate here, but a four star review this is not: Ok, so as I understand it a bistropub is supposed to focus on good food and good drinks... Right? Well, at Le Sacrement that's not quite the case; the beer list is extensive, but the food sucks. There's also something about a sticky table that doesn't quite say "bistro dining". DO NOT order a burger here - it tastes like shoe leather and I would be shocked to learn it wasn't frozen and premade by a wholesaler. My boyfriend literally said, "if I wanted to eat a burnt burger from Costco, I could have done it at home". The people next to us had the ribs and the salmon tartar - the ribs were also probably ordered in from a wholesaler (they looked so dry and sticky) and the tartar plate was measly for the price charged. To be blunt, I won't be coming back and would recommend you don't waste your hard-earned money here either - unless you're in need of a few pints and a meatpuck before heading to the rink behind the restaurant.
