    Very cozy, family-owned restaurant with great prices and nice Tuscan cuisine…read more We stopped here for a lunch after we had visited Duomo. Very friendly service. Relatively fast. I've heard that most of the customers tend to be locals, although they were mostly tourists (and mostly American) when I visited. The pastas looked very good and if I were to go again, I would get the ravioli or the fettuccine. My friend and I both got the veal (9.50euro), which was more like a stew. A lot of meat, although I'm not a huge meat eater. My friend eats a lot of meat though and he said it was alright. We probably wouldn't get this again and would've preferred something else had we known. Some of the slices were just far too fatty for my taste. But it was soft meat that was easily chewed and the stew sauce was good with the bread. Would have also liked fresher bread. It was crisp and hard, especially considering they charge a 1 euro cover for the bread. Overall, not a bad place. And a good break from all the pasta/pizza we've been having. But it wasn't anything special from what we had. Great prices though, only 23 euro for everything, including the wine which was very good and 4.50 euro for 1/2 liter.

This is a family restaurant (no really little kids) with teens playing cards across the street, groups of old men chatting, old women chatting. Utterly charming and very Italian. Just need to say due vino Rosso per favore...
