Here i go again.... At the beginning of November we had 5 birthdays in the family to celebrate. I saw Archway's menu in MTL A TABLE and was drooling instantly. I took a poll and everyone agreed on My choice . No one at the table is vegan actually most of them besides my partner and are meat eaters but everyone was satisfied with their meals... the MTL A TABLE menu or their Table d'hote is such a nice way of discovering a lots of their delectable choices in one sitting. I absolutely recommend it as always and already cannot wait to go back....

A trendy vegetarian/vegan restaurant at the heart of Verdun, Quebec. Delicious, fresh meals and great specialty coffee. (I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I can't get enough of this place) On the menu: Sea Burger * Homemade harts of palm fysh patty * Varech (@oceandesaveurs) * Red cabbage, garlic and apple coleslaw * Vegan aioli * Avocado * Fresh coriander * Potato burger bun * Cheesy rosemary polenta fries

From the bottom up: Grilled artichoke, cuban burger and gochujang crunch.

I am really not someone who can live without meat. Or so I thought before coming here! Archway offers an amazing food experience, perfect service and a cozy setting.

Stopped in to grab a coffee on my way to meet a friend and check out their menu and space. I really enjoyed the minimalist decor and open space; there was also a laid back vibe to the venue, thanks to the casual sofa seating at the entrance, and chill music. The staff was super welcoming and cheerful as I approached the counter and placed my order for a beet latte to go; wish I'd stayed after seeing their menu but that only gives me reason to go back. I also noticed they had a few prepared meal kits to grab on the go as well as some baked goods that really looked scrumptious! My beet latte was yummy! Nicely tempered, slightly sweet, and bright pink, just the way i like it! Great new option on well and it's all plant based, so yeah!

I really enjoyed my meal here. I had just arrived in Montreal QC on a long haul flight, and…read morecouldn't check into my hotel yet and found this gem just around the corner. The matcha latte with almond milk really woke me up. And i was hungry and needing some vegan protein, since the airline food I got was mostly salad. Their braised tofu with a lovely optional creamy coriander sauce, and cooked with mixed vegetables absolutely hit the spot. It was served with warm fluffy basmati rice. The tofu serving was substantial, the braising sauce was very tasty, and the tofu was firm and chewy and filled with saucey flavor. The optional coriander creme sauce and fresh limes were a great complement to the braising sauce. Around me i could see servings of chili, their vegan poutine fries, and the chesesteak come out of the kitchen, and noticed other tables were also complementing their food. I finished with a tangy lemon tart slice and vegan whipped cream - very nice. The tables are fairly close together as it's in town center. They've got several two top tables. This was great for me as a lone traveler, as I easily struck up a conversation with the couple sat on the table next to me, and we had a great chat about how good the restaurant was and then everything under the sun. They were there to celebrate a birthday and the friendly owner who'd come over to talk to them a few times, sent them home with an extra dessert. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. I plan to go back during my week here and try some other dishes.

Big downside is that the bathrooms are not handicap accessible and you have to climb a flight of stairs to get up there. I loved everything about this restaurant and only wish that we had one like it in Seattle…read more Everything is vegan and almost everything is gluten free so I don't have to worry about getting sick if I eat there. They have quite a bit of variety on the menu and it was difficult to choose but I finally decided on the sampler platter and my mom ordered a dish with black chickpeas. The black chickpeas are typically spicy but they toned it down for her and it was perfect. My sampler had six small dishes and a dessert with rice in the middle. Every dish was better than the last and the dessert was perfect, not too heavy. The service was very attentive, friendly. The restaurant seems very clean and had a cozy and comfortable ambience. I'm no longer in Montreal, I will return here when I am back and I have already told my Montreal friends they must try this place.

The staff was also super friendly and recommended some options for our brunch. We ordered the coconut curry, mushroom crostini, and shakshuka. I really enjoyed the coconut curry and mushroom crostini. They both had quite a bit of flavour and were beautifully plated. The shakshuka was incredibly bland and miss for me. I did enjoy the way the tofu was done for the crostini and shaksuka though. Would definitely come back here again to try some of the other dishes especially the vegetarian ones which were pretty egg heavy for brunch.

We were greeted warmly and sat down at a lovely table. The service was great here and very attentive and kind. Food was delicious as were the non alcoholic beverages. We started with the calamari made from hearts of palm. These were delicious although they did not have the same chewy texture of traditional calamari. The dipping sauce was amazing. I had the fish tacos which I would get on repeat they were so delicious. The perfect combo of crunch and softness with an amazing slaw. My husband had the truffle burger and fries and was enjoying every bite. LOV McGill is a must visit in Montreal -- not just for vegans but for anyone who loves delicious food, cool atmosphere and great service!
