I was looking for a car wash that actually got my pickup clean. It was suggested that I try Wet Willys Car Wash. I knew that it is on the east side of US-97 that means that I had a choice of trying to turn left across the traffic or find a way to be going north on the highway. I was lucky and found a hole in the northbound traffic for an easy entry into the car wash. I was met by a young man who took my order and processed my credit card. Meanwhile, another young man directed me into the machine and was joined by two other men who folded my outside mirrors and used brushes to clean my pick up. I then went though the machine. Once outside, I walked around my pickup to fold the mirrors back into their normal position and inspect the quality of the wash. The worst car wash I have ever had. I paid $12.00 for what? The car was still dirty after the car wash. For $12.00 they should have someone wiping down the car after you go through the car wash and inspecting it making sure it looks good. read more

I have always thought Wet Willie's is worthy of 5 stars and have been a loyal customer since they opened years ago. Yesterday I came in for an $11 car wash, however, I was told because I drive an SUV, I must pay the $14 Supreme wash as their new policy of 11/23 states "any SUV or full size vehicle must pay the higher price. I drive a Ford Escape which is considered a "crossover" SUV, equivalent to a regular sedan and not an oversized SUV such as a Denali, Tahoe, Explorer, etc. The decision on what to charge a customer should be based on the GVW/size and not the style of vehicle. Bad business decision on the part of Wet Willie's-plenty of competition out there that will welcome my little crossover SUV! read more

They took the time to thoroughly spray and scrub my car down before they sent me through, and got all the road grim off my running boards.

So I've been going to wet willy's since they opened, usually run my truck though, it had been a couple years but used them on Saturday to run my mothers Cherokee through and am smokin mad! So first off, there was no one behind me and one car in front already going through. As I was motioned in, two kids began "scrubbing" which not only took all of about 15 seconds before the conveyer began pulling me through but I could hear the brushes really banging hard on the body! Paid for the $15 wash and that thing suck me through as though I were on a roller coaster- in and out in about 2 minutes, it was crazy. Got out to check car and it was FILTHY! Still wet so couldn't see damage then. Called a kid over and he admited it and said I could go through again @ no charge. Ran again then just drove home, got out to check and not only was the car still FILTHY- IT HAS A LOT OF DAMAGE FROM BRUSHES AND THE MACHINE! My adults sons said "what Hell happened to grandmas car??" The clear coat is destroyed and there are huge scrapes from their brushes! Not to mention it is dirtier than before. I need a manager/CEO to contact me- this is not execrable. read more

First time customer here, thought I'd give this place a shot so went here this morning right when they opened. Bad idea. I asked for the $12 car wash I believe it was the supreme. Paid for it with a $20 bill, and the guy brought me a $5 bill back. I asked if he gave me the $12 wash thinking he may have billed me for the $15 one but that was not the case. He basically tipped himself $3 from my change!!! Which what can only be articulated as an entitled attitude on his part. Funny thing is that I was fully planning on giving him a $3 tip and just keeping the $5 when he brought back my change. But he took it upon himself to tip himself. First time customer and last time customer. I hope the business owner sees this review. Not cool. Integrity and trust is non existent here. read more

New to the area and went to Wet Willy's Car Wash in Redmond, OR. waited about 10 minutes in a line of cars. I purchased the Ultimate car wash for $15. Went through the wash and pulled around to vacuum the inside of my car, got out and went to use the vacuum the car and noticed that you had to pay $1 dollar to use the vacuum. Annoyed, I got back into my car and left. After a short ride home, I got out and walked around my car, only to see half washed windows and dirt still on my car! The pep crew did a lousy job. I called Wet Willy's and no one answered and did not allow for a message to be left. Very disappointed, I won't waste my money there again! read more

When they first opened.. it was great! For some reason over time, the staff have gotten more and more aggressive and rude with customers. This place has so much potential to be amazing! But, customer service just doesn't seem to be a focus for the business, specially when tips are involved. There are not alot of carwash options in Redmond, and so this place has the potential to offer great customer service.. but maybe the staff are not trained or don't care. read more

I went here and asked if my antenna would come off. The lady said like she did not care, "Sometimes they break, sometimes they don't." Then after a pause she said, "Why? Do you want me to take it off and then put it back on after the wash?" I had no idea that was even an option, so yeah, I kind of wanted that. Duh! But my car got so clean. They even got the bugs off. Took my all black Jetta here, and was very pleased that I didn't end up with water spots afterward. Most places claim to have a "Spot-Free Rinse" but don't really hold true to their claim. Wet Willy's actually rinsed clean! I was very pleased. I will definitely be returning. Too bad that my first Yelp review has to be a negative one. This establishment is dishonoring towards Veterans. There are several Wounded Warrior Project and Support Out Troops stickers at this business, I can't help but wonder if they're just for show. Graceforvets.org listed this business as a participant in their program this year for Veteran's Day. (A business needs to sign up yearly in order to participate) Being that I was in need of a car wash I head down there. The employee there states she knows nothing about the program or doing anything for vets today. She calls her manager who is unavailable, then calls the owner. If anyone should know it would be the owner I would think....wrong. He also knows nothing about any free car washes today. So me and my dirty car leave. Veteran's don't want to be idolized, just appreciated occasionally for their service. I asked the fellow who took my money if the wash would remove the few bugs from the front of my car and he said they were not bug exterminators. I said that was funny but that I was serious and he once again said they were not bug exterminators and they only wash the dirt off cars. I then ask if they were going to wash my car clean and I was nice through the whole conversation. He then threw my $10 at me and told me to get outta here. I will never go to Wet Willys again and hope no one else does. read more

Been going down hill the past year since new employees started running it. Paid for the full wash and wax, plus a $2.00 tip, told the lady I had electric mirrors, and after she got mine, I asked her if the other guy got my passenger mirror so I could bring them in. When she asked, he exploded yelling at me that he already got them!!! Then in the middle of the wash the second brush just stopped in the middle on my front window, sliding the rest of the way. Then it started. Went through the soap, and it stopped again at rinse. With soap on my truck, I went back to go through again, and got yelled at by the guy saying to get out of there, because I was telling him how to was cars. Finally after arguing in front of the other cars, and since I wasn't moving with soap on it he allowed me to go through. I called the owner left my phone number, but never got a call back. I had talked to a relative who relayed the message, and left one on\ his voicemail. Never heard back. So to protect others I'm leaving this. read more

Drove out of my way to come here in the middle of the day on a Monday. They were closed. Saw no business hours posted on their building or anywhere online. They may have positive reviews for service, but that's irrelevant if they're not even open, and it's impossible to tell if they are until you get there. read more
