They're really good. Unlike every other car wash they actually get your car clean enough to go through the system. A lot of the time I'll go through the car wash but come out dirty still. The pre-wash they give sets them at a top tier. I'll be back. read more

This place is so amazing! They have hard workers that clean inside and outside your car and they even will come and pick up your car from work and give an oil change and everybody is so friendly. I needed to get my truck cleaned as ft it was really really dirty. The crew tried to hose it off, but it just wasn't working. They sent me through the car wash and told me to come around again so that they could get some of the other mud off. They spent at least 15 minutes on it and had me go through a second time. The amount of time and energy and care that they put into my truck was extremely impressive. I paid for the high-end car wash, and gave them a decent tip, and told them how much I appreciated their service and attention to detail. The amount of time and energy and care that they put into my truck was extremely impressive. I highly recommend this business as it's rare to see people that care that much about doing a good job in this day and age. I don't get to Bend often but when I do, this is where I'm going to get my truck washed. read more

Spent $55 and waited an hour for car as they were busy. Car came out and many spots inside and out were still dirty. Had some sap on windows and hood and was told cleaning it off was not part of the process. Tipped a very nice worker extra to remove the spots with a solvent which he did Do not think it is worth the money or time read more

I paid my money to get my car washed I paid the money and due to I have a 2023 car the little thing that drags your car wouldn't drag my car so I had to drive through it and just let the car wash just run over my car and my car looks like crap read more

I just went there today to give my car a treat. Evidently, the big C has struck this business. I was told, after I got in line abs switched my engine off , that this line had no interior vacuuming because of no staff. No signs warned drivers of this rule, so I had to back up and get into the "interior vacuum" line. Paid the $40, thinking that was a steep price but would be worth it. I received my car back and quickly drove off for my schedule is tight. I went to the grocery store then home. When I got home, I realized that the driver's mat had shoe prints on it, see grease prints on Matt. At first, I thought it was water. But no, it's grease. Upon looking closer, I realized the mat had not even been vacuumed. Then, I started looking critically at the car. The console had some areas where the cleaner's rag has gone front to back but not in between the knobs. Not worth $40. Not certain detailing can resurrect the carpet. I don't like a car wash determining when I replace my floor mats. I won't be going back. I noticed that business was light despite its being a nice day. I now wonder if other people in Bend have reached the same conclusion. read more

I have lived in Bend for 30 years and have loved this business from the get go. I feel bad it's taken me this long to write a glowing review. They are the local go-to place to get a great car wash, Vacumn and interior/exterior wipe down quickly and for a very fair price!!! They have always had lots of employees and it kinda looks like organized chaos there because it's so busy but they know what they are doing, so pop in, drive to the Vacumn center, pay for what you want, hand over your keys and go grab a coffee while you wait and in a very short amount of time, they will be calling your name to come check over your clean car, and by the way, if they missed something and you politely point it out, they are happy to spend more time on it! Their goal is for you to drive away with a smile on your face and it shows! read more

Really felt like the red carpet was rolled out for me. My car was horribly dirty, I paid for a $9 wash and was given a clean reusable dust towel for my dash. I love that they are using washable wipes. There was a smudge left on my windshield after my car wash (again, my car was very dirty) so when I went to get gas the owner of the car wash came and cleaned my windshield for me. Very kind, I didn't even notice the smudge. 10/10 :) read more

Imagine my surprise when I pulled up to the vacuum stations just like I did three years ago before I moved. No signs, no people, no anything. Finally someone came over and said they had changed everything and you went to where they used to detail cars. Drove around the building and a lady said leave your keys and we will take it from there. Again no signs no nothing. They handed me a ticket to pay inside. They charged $55! I almost passed out! And it took about an hour. When the car was done there were still bugs on the front end and some on the windshield. Another 20 minutes to get that fixed. No way is there service worth the money! read more

Scratched my brand new truck - 100% - then denied it 100%. Just returned from long road trip and had bugs all over front bumper and headlights. During the pre-machine wash when they hand power-spray, they left a long drag scratch on front bumper/headlight frame. Manager said it wasn't possible it was then. Too bad, relocating to Bend and looking for a good place to frequent. Won't be this place, I guess. read more

They do a nice job and seem like good people who work there. Does seem expensive for the quality of work for the "highest priced option" they offer though. Did a drive thru wash & will be doing a detail wash next month. I'll keep you posted on how that goes! read more

Blonde girl and brown haired guy,both high school age did an amazing job on my car, it was covered in bugs from a drive all the way from California and back they did a great job and spent about 15 minutes scrubbing the bugs off the car and the then a solid once over!! Great job!! It seems they have gotten a much better staff since some of these reviews were made. read more

This car was is a flipping mess. It takes at least 1/2 hour just to get your car vacuumed then you wait in line to get to the car wash. The employees drive vehicles in line, cut it front of you after you've been waiting for 25 minutes just to get in line for the car wash. It is like a demolition derby. If you have 1 1/2-2 hours to sit around to get your car washed, then you won't mind. I will never come back-what a mess. read more

This is a great car wash. I love how fast they are! They could have a line of 7 people and they move very quickly. They make sure to scrub every part of your car. I went in with a ton of bugs on my car, as I traveled through the pass, and they pretty much got every single bug off my windshield and bumper. NO car wash is perfect. So there will ALWAYS be something left behind. But, this car wash is great. I will forever do my business here. read more

Today I took my SUV to get washed waxed an cleaned inside and out. I paid their premium. and tipped $5.00 this was before I saw what a bad job was actually done.. As I walked up to the car with the young girl there was mud droplets on the back passenger door that I touched and I know she saw but said nothing. I opened up the door and the door jams all had a dust dirt film still. completely ignored. I asked her to clean them please. She did sort of... then I got in and there was a few coffee drops still in the center console which when I got home I easily cleaned off. My car isn't really dirty per say but I just bought it used and it had a few lived dirty ish things... that all were there after I paid Red Carpet Car wash to clean for me. I am extremely unhappy. I called over a mgr in a blue sweatshirt and he told me he felt they did an awesome job. WOW? It looked basically like I ran it through a self pay and used a bit of windex and vaccumed . BUT the front dash still had dust on it. The tires upon further inspection were not even cleaned nor were the wheels.... I seriously am UNHAPPY. I Never leave bad YELPS. I do feel like I just threw away money. Shame on you mgr for allowing shoddy work... read more

Car is dirtier AFTER the wash? I took my car in yesterday around 4:30. The drier was not effective in blowing the water off the vehicle. I didn't notice how bad it was until this morning and went back to ask if I could go through again and after I would dry it with my towel. The manager said "Sorry I can't just give away free washes". read more

Car was barely cleaned. The girl even apologized when I opened my back door to find that the back seats were barely vacuumed. Outside looked good but honestly, I think they maybe spent a total of 5 minutes on the interior. For paying $30 and giving a tip of $5 you would think that I could sit inside and feel good about it. Lousy initial wash before going into the automated car wash. The kids only rinsed, wooed down one side of the car, 1/2 of the windshield, which was full of bugs. Car wash did not thoroughly clean our car. We had to completely wipe it down afterwards to rid the front end of bugs. Not a do again! read more

Today we had our truck washed and when my husband went to tip the young man , my husband accidentally gave him my daughter's ballet tuition of $100 instead of the tip he had set aside for him. My husband returned and the young man gave it back to him. Honesty is still a thing! The manager also helped facilitate that the money was returned. Great customer service!!!
