Unfortunately, this location does not have crushed nugget ice although they do have lots of other snacks and goodies, but ARCO is always my favorite go to when I think of any ARCO gas station. aside from the lack of nugget ice, the staff at this location or generally very nice, and overall the cleanliness is slightly above average. read more

People have been nice, and it's fun sports cards are available. However twice now in the past couple months my lottery submission slips were thrown in trash without being handed back (what is used to get the actual ticket). It is polite to return to customer. Also there have been occasions with individuals standing right outside the front door asking for money. Hands down the cheapest gas in Fountain Valley. Therefore, it's more like a 4 1/2 star rating. They got it right.. Low Prices = Happy/Loyal Customers = Higher Demand which sometimes = a packed house and it's not a very big lot. Although they have 10 pumps, if it's busy, it could be a mess. But if you're trying to be financially chang like me, than it's worth it. I recommend going in the middle of the day if possible probably between 1 and 3. It's conveniently located on Euclid and Edinger. They have a small shop, pretty crammed but they have the basics. They always take care of lines quickly if you do plan to go inside to pay cash and are always friendly! read more

This location is trash! Pump #10 didn't give me the gas that I added inside with the cashier. I didn't notice until I was at the 405/ Euclid entrance, so I returned to the location ASAP (literally making a u turn). Got back to the location only to have the cashier say "you didn't get gas... that's not my problem!" I apologize, it's so hard to you to do the simple task of customer service but it is most definitely "your problem." I don't have to lie to get gas and the very least you could have done was f**king apologize! Just some level of a decent human response would have been okay. I honestly believe that this location is prime for consumer thief. Be careful if you're paying with cash, check your gas meter before you drive off. The middle eastern clerk is rude! Came here to redeem a scratch lottery ticket. I knew I won a certain amount so I asked him to scan it. I had to ask him how much I won, he told me I won 20-30 dollars, his accent made it hard to understand exactly how much I won. He TORE my lottery ticket and tossed it, didn't even tell me how much it was. I was confused. I wanted to see how much I won. He was like if you dont trust me then don't come here. My favorite place to fill up. The gas is always the cheapest around and bathroom is always clean. George always is very friendly and helpful. I couldn't pump my gas once and he came outside to help me pump my gas, turns out I had just not placed the pump full in my gas tank. I also love to buy scratchers here because most of the time I have won money. I love to come in the mornings and get my 99 cent small coffee and a baked good. I only went here because I had a $100 dollar gift card for Arco from a friend I normally go to Costco for my gas but this plus has to compete with them because they are such a short difference in mileage they usually have 91 for the same price as them but obviously Costco is more top tier gas. I've seen Arco gas as a better quality sense BP sold it but still not as good as Mobil 91 r other top brands. read more

The nozzle on my gas pump was broken and it didn't click when my tank was full so gas spilled all over the side of my car and into a pool on the ground. I went inside to tell the person inside and when I did he just said , "well what do you expect me to do about it?!" And was incredibly rude to me. Horrible service. read more

they have one of the lowest price in in the area. That is one of the reasons that this gas station is always packed. There's a 76 gas station a block away from here and their station price is a little higher but it's less packed. So if you're in a hurry and got extra money you can always drive down to the other state gas station. read more
