Located off Euclid Ave in Garden Grove this was one of the cheaper Arco's in the area. I just recently signed up for the rewards program I did get .10 cents off so it was better than going to Shell paying more and only getting .05 cents off with rewards. This station also has a small convenience store as well. Overall if in the area and need gas I'll stop here first unless I find another cheaper ARCO or Shell in the area. read more

i always come here to pump gas with my boyfriend and father in law. It's always been great in the MORNINGS. morning staff especially Monica is very nice. However compared to night staff, they don't know how to do their job, i came one evening to pump $10! CASH. my pump was not restarting to show how much i was putting, i was trying to figure out what the hell was wrong with the pump, so i go to the employee Mary who did not help at all she is very ignorant and did not bother to help in any way. She was basically telling me I had pumped gas already because the cameras show and the receipt, when clearly my car had NO GAS AT ALL! i showed PICTURES in the moment of my empty gas tank! she literally said "you need to run your car to check how much gas you have" GIRL you don't know anything. how are you gonna tell me how to work my car ?? that's dumb. I requested a refund or change me to another pump she couldn't even do that! She couldn't admit she messed up or simply doesn't know how to do her job. I filed a complaint and went the next day, Monica listened to my situation and right away found a solution to refund me... however i went until the evening, another lady in the night shift said she wasn't going to give me my refund... they didn't only steal my money but wasted my time! Today is 12:30ish 11/06/2025. I had a bad experience. I'm on my way to work, just trying to pump gas, my card declines. The numbers are together, don't know if it's pump 5 or 6. I go in to see the cashier, she's on her phone not getting up, finally does. I tell her I'm confuse about the pump, (she's still on her cell) she said pump 6 is running, thats a no brainer, I'm on 5 then. I asked her to look outside her window, all she had to do was tilt her head! She yells saying she doen't know nothing! I leave go check the small number on the pump. I'm back, I paid, then told her she's just being lazy, unprofessional, and has been there a while and should know by memory the 8 pumps she has. Technally is 4, because each side has one. This is a standard Arco. It's not in the most convenient location for me to get on and off the freeway. I just dropped by this location to look for propane. It's about $50 for a fill tank and $19 for an exchange. I've gotta say fuel prices have been very interesting lately... we're going on 3 weeks now of crazy activity when it comes to the supply and demand of fuel domestically and overseas. Fuel prices are dropping at a snail's pace. How is it that when the price of crude rises we get hit at the pump almost immediately. However when the price of crude drops, it's bad for the economy and the dow jones gets a 500 point drop, plus we see almost no changes at the pump? It's like a lose-lose situation for us consumers at the pumps no matter which way the price per barrel of crude goes... something just isn't right about this picture :-( read more

Tall male employee tried scamming me. I came in just now to pay for gas. I gave him $50 cash told him put it on pump #6. When I went outside to fill up, there was no credit on the pump. Went the other night around 1:40am. We tried to go inside the pay cash however it was closed even though we can see the clerk inside avoiding us. Okay so we went to the pump to pay car...the pump says we have to go see the clerk. Today is Feb 4, 2018 at 5pm, this is first time i have to write a review on this gas station. The price is cheap, but the service is horrible, last months i went here and i pay 40$ with 100$ bill, then the guys said my bill was FAKE...i went to the bank and they said it was real, so they change it for me for 5 x 20$ bills. Today i went back to this gas station, the same guys, i paid 13,30$ cash all 1$ bills, and he just put 10,30$. I went inside and asked for my other 3$, he said he will put another 3$ in, but no...he only put 2$...this guys is stupid, i was so mad then i just run my car home. 1$ is not a big deal, but it is your bussiness so do it right, please ! read more

Morning staff is nice . but they have weird hours a night time . depending on nights shifts mood or schedule . I constantly see a sign posted in the window saying a time back. The machine for the pump was a tad slow and buttons would have a delay input but that isn't enough for me to give it a poor review. The reason for the negative review is because I was denied bathroom access. My girlfriend and I had a 6-Hour drive to NorCal so we wanted to stop at Arco to fill up gas as well as letting some out of our own. She went to the bathroom first while I pumped and after she got out she told me I needed to ask the cashier for bathroom access. I went up to him and asked if I can use the restroom but he said it was "out of order" in an extremely unfriendly tone. I was confused for a bit and thought maybe it was just the men's room that was out of order so I tried to ask if I can just use the the women's restroom because I have a long drive ahead of me. He cut me off half way and repeated that it was "out of order". I told him that if it was out of order then why was my girlfriend allowed to go and not me but he just kept saying, "out of order". I kept trying to argue but he would ignore what I say and since I was on a tight schedule as well as a tight bladder I had to give up and use the restroom at another gas station across the street. The mix of attitude and poor excuse set me off in a sour mood. It obviously wasn't out of order if it was just used. My girlfriend said the bathroom was dirty so he probably said that to prevent people from making it dirtier. I do believe that people should clean after their own mess to keep everything clean but it is also your job as an employee to keep the establishment clean so stop being lazy and denying people to use the restroom just because you don't want to clean it. I'm not a messy person and granted he wouldn't know that but that is profiling and bad for any business. Obligatory I'm never coming back here again, although the reasoning is more because I live 6 hours away but the inconvenience caused by him is also irritating. read more

Wow! What a way to start a beautiful Friday morning at 7:15 a.m. The one star is because I have too not because I want too. I rarely stop at this arco, the location makes it very hard to get out of due to the heavy morning traffic on Euclid, but today I had to. My intention was to break my $100 bill and if I would have known the attitude I would receive from the cashier I would have never gone inside. I paid for a water and I as hand her my $100 bill she asks in a bothered tone "you have change?" She's an older Hispanic or middle eastern lady with broken English. I said to her "No, that's why I'm paying with that" I would have left it at that but she did the whole eye roll, the huffing and puffing, the angry side eye....and that's when I told her "you shouldn't be rude to your customers we are not at fault for you having a bad day" ohhh goodness at that time I became her worst enemy because she stopped counting my change looked at me and huffed and puffed some more!!! All this because I paid with a $100 bill!!!!! Wow!!! Customer service should not be this ladies job choice...there are other jobs out there in which you won't have to see or deal with people. To the owner of this establishment please pay attention to these reviews, there is another arco just a few minutes from yours and I will now be going there. read more

I'm very upset about their customer service. I can't help it but they failed me the 2nd time, so I had to create a Yelp account and write about how badly they treated me. Came last Tuesday 4/28/15 around 10pm, I was surprised there was already a line of 4 or 5 people inside the store and it was completely dead stop. 2 cashiers (a young dude and an older blonde lady) were doing something and they were not helping customers. So you know since I needed to pump gas using cash because I don't wanna pay the extra $0.35 to use the debit card, and all their cash terminals are down outside. I stood in line thinking it might just take a little bit. As I was observing what the heck where they doing but not helping the line, I see the blonde lady just slowly, very slowly, counting her cash without any kind of sense of urgency as the line built up behind me. Her facial expression made it worst, she had a careless face, she just took her sweet time, acting like there was no one waiting in line. That pissed me off and I can see a lot of anxious faces for those waiting in line. At least...come on lady...when you see the line building up like that...gotta have some sense of urgency!!!!!!!!!! I waited only 5 minutes, trust me, that 5 minutes seemed like an hour. I finally gave up and took off. I don't know how much longer she took just to get ready. So that was 2 nights ago. Tonight 04/30/15 around 10pm I came back to this gas station to pump gas because it was on my way home. This time there was no one in line, I walked up to the cashiers was about to pay cash to pump gas just like I normally would. I saw the same 2 cashiers, the young dude and the older blonde lady. They were just talking and did not care that I was there. I waited 30 seconds and finally handed the dude my cash and said I need to pump gas. He put his hand like a stop sign near my face and said "We are switching shift, 10 minutes". I was like oh hell no not again, so I left, the 2nd time. and probably not going to come back ever again. I always go to this gas station because it's convenient off the 22 freeway and the price is normally the cheapest in town. But after 2 incidents with the same 2 cashiers...I don't know what to say... I just hope the owner of this Arco gas station would see this review, and do something about these 2 employees for the way they treat customers with absolutely no sense of urgency or whatsoever. read more
