It was a pleasure as well trading my Bulgari Octo. The price was decided and we moved forward. I recieved the watch. It is the wrong size a small 22x30. I then spent the next 5 hours having to argue after showing them the measurements, buying A DIGITAL Caliper sending pics, videos over and over. they sent me pics of a diff watch trying to tell me that they sent me a Ladies midsize, telling me i am wrong. From a ruler in mm to this tool, videos, pics, AI they could have just said i am sorry our mistake and sent me the correct size watch. The partner/owner Mike sent me an email saying sorry and cont to just request the watch be sent back. Once received they will refund me $3510.91 and return my Bulgari back. I have also notified American Express, as well my lawyer. I have to be honest with you i am baffled confused and disappointed. I do not get it. Are they just dishonest and thought i wouldn't notice? Can they not just apologize and make it right w the correct size watch? They stopped responding and i am sending the watch back w their fed ex label. I do not recommend working w this company privately or thru Chrono24. I am not one to write reviews but this just went too far over such a simple i am sorry please let us make this right. Supposedly before me receiving the watch, he had it checked out by his watch maker since it was an older watch dated 2012 model. Apparently not the case, it currently as of February of 2025 it had stopped working within the 4 months timeframe. Now I had to get it serviced and repaired by a reputable watch maker. Please beware with dealing with this guy. He doesn't own up to his word and makes false claims.
