This gas station is always packed! They sell really competitive priced gas. This particular day I was buying gas and I need to use debit because my baby was in the car and I couldn't pay inside. After getting gas I went to the grocery store and got an alert that i was charged $175, the cost of gas and $100 moreZ i was alarmed and called to find out what happened. They explained to me when you pay with debit they temporarily hold $100. FYI Overall, if you want to save on gas you can try Arco, just go inside to pay. read more

This station is unsafe, and as cheap as the gas is, I am choosing to go elsewhere. The pumps used to have long cords that would go on either side of the car, but no longer. There is always traffic blocking the street. People leave their cars at the pump even when they are done, to go inside shopping while cars pile up behind. Clearly management doesn't care because they could easily have directions for moving cars along and let customers know to please pull the cars into the available parking when shopping. I've seen near fights, bad language yelled between customers and all Sorts of other bad behavior. Not a safe place and not worth the savings. read more

We've been to this gas station numerous times (at least once a week) without incident. This last time around, I handed the attendant, Jasbir, $40 in cash and went back to our car to pump gas. The pump wasn't working, so I went back and told him. I figured it hadn't been re-set. He told me try using the open pump behind our car. So, we backed up the car and tried again with this different pump. Still didn't work. I asked him to come take a look at the pump which he begrudgingly did because it was late at night (however, there were a bunch of other gas station customers present). He then said I had already pumped the gas, so that's why he couldn't re-set anything. Huh? We were barely there for a minute - definitely not enough time to pump $40 worth of gas into the car. He refused to give me a refund and told me I needed to talk to the manager about it another day. Well, I can definitely tell you that WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN, and we will warn all of our neighbors in the area about this employee, Jasbir. STAY AWAY! read more

Their stations consistently work (I have yet to experience an " out of order" pump) and I love saving a bit of extra money by using this station. Plus, they now accept CREDIT cards!! Amazing. The only downside is that, because it's the most affordable gas station in the area, Arco is typically backed up with cars. Be patient and willing to wait a few extra minutes if all the pumps are being used. The line generally moves pretty quickly. read more

Unlike Costco these hoses are too short for vehicles with gas filler on the passenger side to fill conveniently like the driver-sided vehicles. I believe the owner is there also as I always see the same gentleman in the shop nearly every time I go. There are multiple times their price beats Costco and Sam's club. Went in and paid $45 cash and the guy said i already got gas and handed me a reciept. That didn't make sense to me so he explained the guy at a different pump paid $45 and he put it on my pump. I figured he was confused because I just got there and he was saying he put the other guys $45 in my pump and would put the $45 I gave him into the other pump (makes no difference to me). When I went to the pump the last person also put $45 because you could see the price still on the machine. And the machine wouldn't reset so I could put gas. I went back in and the guy started yelling at me that I already put gas. I yelled I couldn't have as my tank was empty! He told me I had to prove my tank was empty to I went back took a picture and showed him. No apology and he was so rude. It was his mistake, he blamed me for the other person taking advantage of his mistake, and he was such an a** about it to me. So shady! I was reading the reviews of this Arco location and stumbled upon a recent review which states it's ridiculous to leave a Yelp review for a gas station. I disagree. The customer service and cleanliness at a gas station are important to me, so I'll go ahead and leave a glowing review for this Arco location. First of all, the pricing is consistently very competitive, but it's the customer service that makes this station shine. The clerks inside the mini-mart are always kind and pleasant to deal with, and say thank you when you leave. It's a nice change from some stations where the clerks grunt when they give you your change. This station is also clean, meaning the pumps are spotless and they provide blue shop towels and squeegees to wipe your windshield--which are both nice touches. Finally, and especially during the pandemic, they have foaming hand sanitizer dispensers out at the pumps. Price, courtesy and cleanliness are all top notch at this location! read more

I just had the most awful interaction with the cashier guy. Obviously, he didn't like the question, "Do you take credit cards inside?" I got sarcasm and unpleasantness and a man who was downright mean. I was shocked. He was purposely being a jerk to me because I dared to ask this question. I really love this place. I've only been treated well. Yes it doesn't take Credit cards, but at least they don't have skimmers. I was sorry to hear that several people have had issue with the woman at the counter not giving their full value. I've been using my debit lately because I don't mind paying their "outrageous" fee of $0.35 per transaction. That's less than the savings I get pumping a gallon of gas. They totally just ripped me off here. I put $10 on a pump plus some oil, all on my debit card. I put the oil in, went to pump my gas and there was no credit at the pump. I went inside to ask where the money was and she said it had been credited to my account but there was no proof of that. It has not been credited to my account. Be very, very careful when you give money to the cashier. I have gone to this station for many, many years without complaint, however, a middle-aged male cashier took my $50 bill, only credited me with $25, insisted that's what I gave him. I gave him one bill, there is no $25 bill. A man who is probably the manager and knows me, when the cashier said he didn't know what to do, told him to credit me with another $25. I would have called the Sheriff if this had not been resolved. The cashier definitely tried to scam me, a little old white-haired lady. First and last time I fill up here. Brought my car in the middle of the night to fill up since I'd rather not wait in line. Put in some 91, but I'm well aware how notorious Arco is for having poo gas. Never thought it would make my car almost undriveable! Car has been running like crap since that fill up. Sounds like a machine gun on accel/decel. I put about 5 gallons of Shell in it, and now the problem is only intermittent. Can't wait to get that piss water out of my car. Always always come here whenever I'm in town. My dad loves it because it always is the cheapest gas in town. I remember it being the last place to take credit cards. Now they do so it's no problem.
