I had to go three times to get a medication that was sent to them 10 days prior. I stopped by at 11:00 am to get my medication, after being check in with the "pharmacist", I was told to come back in an hour, since I have been in so much pain and couldn't wait there, I came home and sent sometime to pick up my medication at 3:00 pm. The person was asked to come back in half an hour. This is just ridiculous. I am glad I don't need to visit this pharmacy at all. Thanks to Kaiser for having everything in one place.
