My card got stuck in the pump and I went in to ask for help and the lady treated me like I was stupid and talked down to me for not knowing that could happen, but it's never happened to me and she didn't even really help. This is a convenient location and seems to be a slightly less expensive option for gas in the area. Easy to access due to its corner location. Had to wait in line at the pump once. Another time I was pumping gas and wasn't very happy about the group of men standing outside the store and staring in my direction. Was the middle of the day but still a little sketchy. As always with Arco, make sure you know what you're paying. Cash is less than card. read more

Geeseeesus! I come here at least once a week & periodically run into the gentleman who is skinny, ginger, glasses & kind of a dorky voice. I always tell him what I'd like and what pump. Tonight I gave him a nice compliment for his attentive services & he freaked out on me in front of a couple customers! If you don't like your job in customer service, then don't do it. However if you don't like your job and someone someone STILL compliments you, then take the compliment, smile, & think to yourself "damn, I'm doing a pretty good job faking that I actually like this job!" Nevertheless, I come here for convenience & NOT the gas, nor the people- especially when paying cash. I had to put "HEET" water treatment in my tank twice this summer, and they've been accused before of pumping/using over 10% ethanol. I know my $200/mo won't amount to much to their bottom line...whatever. Damn, that thirty cents a gallon savings probably hasn't been worth the crap gas & experiences I've had either. /rantover read more

This is definitely the cheapest place you can get gas in the neighborhood, or at least along I5 like another reviewer said. Being on the corner makes it pretty accessible and it's never entirely crowded as long as people are moving quickly and know how to pump their gas. I do hate that Arco has a surcharge to use your debit card there. There is always one side of a card/cash machine that doesn't work, and it inevitably is the one I want to use. So, in the middle of the night when I just want to get some gas and get the hell out of a shady gas station, I have to find another card reader that works. Pffft. But hey, it's gas and I've never had any major problems. They require you to type in your debit card which I like, so it reduces fraud. read more

I understand it's a gas station job. But when you call the competitor across the street and they tell you they have the product you want, tell you the price and are super nice. Then I call you and your employee does none of that and proceeds to tell me "can't tell me the price over the phone..by" I'd bet most people like me are going to the competitor. read more

Just stopped at this gas station today to get gas as I needed it quick. While there I filled my vehicle with fuel and took some garbage out of the car. Maybe half a plastic grocery bag worth. I threw it in the garbage can and the middle eastern man that was working came out and proceeded to scream and yell at me saying that he shouldn't have to pick up my f'ing garbage. Mind you it was put in the garbage can right there at the pump. He proceeded to call me a b***h. I told him he had better watch what he said to me or i would call the cops. He then proceeded to yell at me and told me to call f'ing swat. I was baffled by this! I felt so threatened, as soon as he went back inside I jumped in my vehicle and took off as fast as I could. He proceeded to yell and swear at me as I was pulling out! I will NEVER return to this arco! read more

In my opinion people should stay way from this place as far as possible. Cashiers are rude and unfriendly. If you absolutely have to fuel there, MAKE SURE. To take your receipt, otherwise they might cheat you. Definitely not worth the trouble coming in here. read more

Never try to get gas around 10 PM. The told me they need to finalize sales every day at that time and it won't let them if anyone is pumping gas. We we there at 9:55 and still couldn't pump gas by 10:05. They failed at their primary job of providing gas, so 1 star. The staff was also not helpful, and there was no signs indicating the gas station was locked down and tried different pumps when the first one didn't work. read more

I saw people already mentioned the guy with glasses so I won't need to talk about him. The middle-aged lady that works mornings isn't any better though. I tried to fill up my tires this morning and found the pressure gauge on the machine wasn't working after I already paid $1.50 for air. When I went in to tell her she went on about how it's not their machine and they're not responsible for it. Sorry, but if I put money in a machine that doesn't work at your place of business it is totally your responsibility. Instead of giving me my $1.50 back so I could go somewhere that the machine works she decided to open a $4 tire pressure gage to make me check the tire pressure. I did that and when the pressure read low (because I didn't want to blow my tires not knowing how full they were) she refused to let me fill them to capacity and said I'd have to pay another $1.50 if I wanted them correctly filled. Gas is reasonably priced but the people they hire are awful. read more
