I had to wait one hour after the online appointmentI scheduled for 1pm. Machine told me they could not find my appointment, so I scheduled me again, for 1.20. Lady called my name but I told her I will wait for Florence because I had good experience with her before and do not know those other ones except one, man, he draw my blood before and it hurt! So since they already called my name, I was waiting till 2, and there was nobody else in the waiting room, but I got Florence so it was worth waiting! She know how to use the needle! read more

Terrible service. To the phlebotomist named Patricia, VERY unprofessional. My girlfriend went in to get blood work when Patricia chose to make disgusting and very inappropriate remarks to her. She also decided to speak on things which would be a bit personal and completely disregarded the comfort of my partner. I am currently writing a review in the hopes of being able to interact with a human! I booked an appointment for my boss on January 26, 2024 via phone call, since I did not have his credit card information to get the desired bloodwork online. He showed up and they said he booked the appointment wrong (all it asked for was his information, which was given correctly over the phone and his appointment was confirmed). I created an account for him and went to obtain his results. They said eh had none. I reached out to request the results providing all required information and then some. I received an email back over a week later stating that they did not have his results. The cost for the bloodwork was over $200 with nothing to show for it. All I need are results...and the ability to connect with an actual HUMAN to get this issue figured out. Thank you read more

3 hour wait for a less than 10 min blood draw. I have been to this location 3 times now, have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's CLEAR that they purposely skip walk-ins. They do not care to see walk-ins in between appointments. They make people wait an abusive amount of time. Other quest locations have competent workers that see appointments and walk-ins fairly. The phlebotomists get irritated and respond nasty back to clients who are asking about the wait and tell the clients they should've made an appt. However, if their little brains understood that appointments aren't available for WEEKS ahead of time then maybe they would understand why their lobby is full of walk-ins only. The people working at this location hate their lives and want to make everyone else's life miserable as theirs. I urge you to just take the extra drive and go to another quest that cares about doing a good job for their clients. Do not waste your valuable time going here! read more

Overbooking appointments with a 45 to 1 hour wait past the appointment time. And your waiting time on the monitor increases. Book at another location if you can. This one is awful. read more

This is the WORST location. I watched one tech through the window sit and do NOTHING with a room full of patients. This is so sad because some of us have places to be like "Work" and this was sooooo inconvenient for me and I live right down the road! Bad BUSINESS!!!! read more

I've gone in for the walk in's early in the morning and they always get me in and out. When I have an appointment they always get me through fast, and are always friendly. I had bad experience at the other quest in north fort Myers, but this one is a completely different vibe. They seem like they care, not just one but all the people I've met working there. So much more human than the NFM location. Have to get labs done this is where I want to go, regardless of the locations that are closer to me. It meant a lot after having the bad experience at other location that I've only had positive experience here. Thank you to all the great staff! Unbelievably snarky and rude person screening people at front door. Website is NOT up to date, they DO NOT take walk-ins. Appointments were being scheduled 8-9 days in advance. THAT IS A RIDICULOUS WAIT TIME TO GET BLOOD WORK DONE. The door person was actually not there when I arrived then got snarky with me again for walking in. Scary place. A confused group of vampires await you on Fowler Street. Told by the greeting bat that there was no need for the on-line reservation I made because there was no one sitting in their dirty reception room, then I waited another 30 minutes !!! Went back to the blood-sucking room to be treated by a sneezing, coughing, snorting bride of frankenstein who spent another 15 minutes re-entering personal and insurance information that the Quest on Metro had taken 10 days before. This bat started the blood drain by scratching my arm with the needle 'before' it was inserted. Then there was the plastic urine collecting bottle which, when filled, was placed on a yellow-stained paper towel protected table in a hallway. My mongrel cat goes to a cleaner office staffed by more professional staff-members than this Quest outhouse. Next year I'm heading there for Halloween. To all my tens of thousands of readers, I wish to share that I was contacted by Quest Corporate regarding this review and completed their official on-line survey that they sent to me that mirrors what I have said above. I am not hiding from Quest behind the face of Yelp. This is a serious situation at their location on Fowler Street and I will be contacting state officials to get this place inspected, if not closed. Their Staff at this site are in need of urgent retraining - some should find another occupation. Let's see how Quest treats Lee County residents. read more
