Staff is very courteous and the phlebotomists did a practically pain free blood draw. Really nothing pleasant about getting blood taken, but if you have to, this isn't a bad place to do it!

First of all, the woman who is drawing blood doubles as the receptionist, and I'm 99% sure no one else is even employed here. When I walked in there were two women sitting in the front of the waiting room chugging water because she wasn't able to figure out how to take their blood. Lord knows what she was doing back there whilst they were upfront, but she even made one of them lock the door because she was about to go on her lunch break and too lazy to go lock it herself! I became sketched out by the entire establishment very quickly and unsurprisingly, a quick Google search will show reviews stating that they re-use the needles (on the same patient I HOPE) if they fail to collect blood with the first poke. I obviously left before getting any lab work done after reading that. Do not go here under any circumstances.

All of those fears quickly went away, however, after my experience at this St. Elizabeth location! I scheduled an appointment online through their website, and was able to make it about two weeks in advance. I didn't have a MyChart account prior to my appointment, so the nurse that checked me in helped me set up my account in-person, and even walked me through how to make future appointments! My actual exam was with Dr. Trumble, and she was fabulous. So kind and knowledgable - exactly what you'd want from a doctor. The entire facility looks brand new - everything was clean and updated. I asked one of the nurses how long they'd been in this location, and she said it opened shortly before the pandemic. Next door to the primary care center, they also have a lab center. I bopped over here on a separate morning to complete some bloodwork, and was so surprised that they had me in and out in 10 minutes! You don't even need an appointment. Everyone that I interacted with at both of these experiences was incredibly friendly and helpful - I don't think I'll seek medical treatment anywhere else as long as I'm living in NKY!

The inconsistency and attitude were unnecessary. When I was called back for my blood draw, I told the technician that I was very afraid of needles. Instead of offering basic empathy, she completely dismissed me, saying, "No one likes them, sweetheart." The condescending tone and lack of care made an already stressful situation worse. If you expect to be treated with basic respect and compassion, I'd recommend going elsewhere

I had to request glu strep covid test even though i went in with complaints of ssore throat and cough and drainage. They all came back negatinve so when symptoms persisted i went to urgent care. Stavy was very thourough and retested me and it came back positive for strep i have now had first dose and low grade fever broke. throat much improved. Someone who listened to her patient and went ahead and retested has definately impressed me over st e hospital. Should have gone there first. When they finally finished I was looked at and had xrays done and was told that by the end of the day or early the next I would have results. It took over 3 and a half days before I was finally told it wasn't broken but by that point I had figured it out. They then proceeded to charge me 150 for a worthless foot brace and when I called the number provided to ask questions about my bill I was met with a voice message saying to leave my number and they would call me back. They never did call me back and just sent the bill in the mail again. Its impossible to pay the bill online and I will not send my credit card through the mail. overall 0/10 experience and I recommend you to deal with whatever is bothering you on your own rather than this "urgent care" making the problem somehow more painful. I should have waited and went to ortho cinci when the opened the next day.

I thought that these places were designed to keep people out of hospitals so that ER could address real emergencies. A waste of 40 minutes. Plus the front desk attendant had zero interpersonal skills.

They had me fill out paper work and I did registration over the phone with a link, which was convenient. I got taken back quickly and the staff got my vitals right away. The PA was truly amazing. Got me taken care of quickly. I was very impressed. I'm so thankful for being able to be seen at this urgent care and the staff was awesome. The place is small and clean but I feel needs updated chairs and walls repainted but those are minor things that honestly don't matter as long as the care was amazing. Give this place a try!
