I wish I could give a zero-star review. I visited around 9:50 PM on a Wednesday night with my family. We ordered a small fry and four courtesy cones. One girl with green/blue hair came to the window and aggressively informed us that they were out of cherry. We understood and asked for one chocolate and the rest vanilla. When she handed us our food, her attitude was rude and unprofessional. I won't be returning until their customer service improves. One star is generous. read more

Drive-thru times are not exactly great, but that's because your food is FRESH! Every time I've come here my food is always hot and the fries are fantastic; never old fries that should've been thrown out like you may get from other fast food restaurants. Would give zero stars if I could. We walked in and it took them awhile for someone to help us. While ordering, we saw a young man touch a burger to put it in its container with his bare hands after touching money and making a shake with no gloves on. We waited about 20 minutes to get our food after seeing 5-6 cars get their food in the drive thru. All our burgers were messed up and we asked for crispy fries. The fries where soggy because we waited so long for them. The manager got an attitude with me when I asked for my money back. Would not recommend this location at all. read more

I hope she is appreciated by the owners and other, because they would be hard pressed to find someone who takes as much pride in her work. First time I've ever had Arctic Circle. I ordered the pastrami burger and fries. Drive through was really quick and the staff was great. I order the pastrami burger and fries. The burger was pretty dry, I had to keep water on hand to wash it down. However, the overall taste was pretty good and I really liked the bun they use. The pastrami is a nice touch and while I wasn't sure how it would work, it complements the burger well. The fries are similar to Burger King but significantly less grease which I enjoyed. The fry sauce is good but nothing special. Pretty sure it's just ketchup and mayo. read more

I don't always take all reviews at face value. I like to be curious and dig a little deeper with some... Found only 27% of one reviewers reviews of businesses are positive, while they trashed the other 73% with low ratings. That says more about the individual than the business. Here's the honest scoop about this Arctic Circle. I have frequented this one the past two years, when I used to live in Layton (have since moved to Ogden). Yes, they may not always get the orders correct... but what establishment doesn't have hiccups? The two times it happened to me over the past two years, they have gone out of their way to correct it on the spot. At times they are slow, but not as slow as I have experienced at national chains (cough... er... McDonalds... cough... cough). I have never waited more than a couple of minutes to be helped. 98% of the time, they are waiting on me to order. Staff has always been friendly when I have been there and the store is always clean. The only real complaint I have are Arctic Circle's Pumpkin Pie shakes (served from October - November) Seriously... the recipe needs an overhaul. The spice for the pumpkin sauce used is overpowering, even in small amounts. That is not a store specific problem, that is something corporate needs to fix. Want to know what a good Pumpkin Pie shake tastes like? Go try one from any of the Culver's restaurants that are closer to downtown SLC (West Valley & Midvale) during the Oct - Nov timeframe as well. Have since revisited this location for a second time. Ordered a plain double cheese burger and it was far better than the first time. Granted, that doesn't take much considering how bad it was. I don't think this place will ever be my first choice, or even a choice at all. But at least it wasn't horrible. read more

Awesome Mushroom Burger. Very juicy and tasty. You can taste the beef flavor. Vegetables were fresh and grilled bread. The malt is very good as well. I tried the almond Rocha malt. Excellent customer service. read more

Awful service. Cashier had such a heavy accent that he wasn't easy to understand. Stopped in for malts/shakes. Didn't get was ordered and unfortunately didn't notice until we were back home. The chocolate oreo malt was not only missing the malt, but the oreos. What the heck? Will likely not be visiting this location again. Do not recommend, unless you are on the employees like a sore thumb so you get exactly what you ordered and expected. read more

I go to this AC frequently because it's good location and my daughter loves the playland and complimentary ice cream cone. I like that it has Diet Mt Dew. They offer a few flavor syrups (help yourself) that you can add to your sodas. The food has always been fresh & tasty. We normally get corn dogs, fries, sodas, and burgers. The kids meal is plentiful. I use their coupons for a better value. Playlands can always use a better cleaning but it compares equally to all the other surrounding ones. read more
