Visited on opening day. My family loved the sandwiches, especially the standout Italian that crushes the competition. Staff was super friendly. Recent return: pizza melt was okay but needed more sauce (they provided extra) and hotter. Mac and cheese side came halfway full. Cashier fixed it promptly when asked. Yes. The place is neat and clean. Of course, it's new and just opened. The crew seems a bit out of their element, probably cause they are still figuring out how this place is suppose to work. I drove from Syracuse (15 minutes each way) to get this. I got home and my Italian sandwich literally only had the standard meat on it. The bag on the receipt listed all of the ingredients that were supposed to be on there (a whole bunch of extras, including bacon!!!!!)... no bacon, no toppings. Just meat. Horrible experience. Sorry, but, RUN don't walk to your nearest Subway location because that is what this is identical to in regards to flavor. Actually I'd prefer Subway over this place ANY DAY! Plus at least you have the option of untoasted or unmelted cheese there with your sandwich. I requested a takeout order of their regular original Chicken Club. It is supposed to come with grilled chicken but I found it to be less than flavorful and not very fresh tasting. I intentionally requested NO sauces on the sandwich hoping for a dry one. I also didn't find any cucumbers, red peppers, or artichoke hearts on my sandwich though I requested them. There was barely any lettuce whatsoever (maybe two tiny pieces). By the time my order was ready the bread was already getting soggy from the vegetables that I added on (same exact thing happens at Subway which is why I quit going there). I will say the employees are decent, followed instructions, and the bag is sealed upon receipt with a receipt. Then when you open the bag, there is a smaller bag with your sandwich and another receipt showing exactly what you ordered. So for that, this restaurant gets an A+! I just found the quality of ingredients to be subpar and the taste the same. I definitely do not plan on returning because I could have gotten a better sandwich at Firehouse or a bigger one at Subway for the price. I measured mine as I was curious how big a regular sandwich is. It is just shy of 7.5 inches which isn't bad if they used quality ingredients and didn't toast their bread. Also there was no pepper jack cheese option which was another disappointment. I honestly wouldn't recommend but I'll give them a maybe if you're as curious as I was. read more

I love the food here. Their sandwiches are my favorite restaurant sandwich. They just have the right toppings for me and taste the way I hope. The decoration in this place is pretty nice it is going for a really retro vibe but it works for me. It looks nice and is clean. As far as the service, it is fine since it is a new location but the staff really need to understand what they are doing and listen a little better to the customers, they were a bit chaotic but it didn't bother me, just a point of improvement. read more

No complaints about the food itself. It was really good. It's like they are rationing the ingredients for the sandwiches though. They come to you looking nothing like the picture. Just enough on them to get by. One would think you'd be generous when you first open. Soups are good but why can't you fill the container up. 2 times I have ordered the soup and my container is 2/3 full. 7.99 for what I consider to be the cup size not a bowl size. $8 for barely over 10oz of soup. The value isn't there. I feel like they are rationing like it's wartime. Your competitors are beating you in this respect. I don't think I'll go back for this reason. The value isn't there. The new facility is very nice, but I'd prefer my soup bowl full and my sandwich to have enough ingredients that I can see them. Sorry guys. read more

Went yesterday with my mom for lunch. We both ordered BLTA's (bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado) and we both wanted to add hot pepper ranch. Both of our sandwiches came missing the tomato, avocado, and the hot pepper ranch. There was hardly anything inside our sandwiches, just a little lettuce and a tiny bit of bacon. When we went back up and told them they just handed us a piece of paper with tomatoes on it and a teeny tiny bit of avocado. Never did give us the ranch. The guy helping us with the toppings definitely seemed more interested in chit chatting than actually helping or putting toppings on the sandwiches. I know this place is new, so hopefully they find their groove. It was just frustrating to pay so much for 2 sandwiches with basically nothing inside them. read more

My husband and I went and both our sandwiches were not hot at all. Do not recommend the meatball sandwich as there are just chunks of tomatoes instead of actual marinara sauce like it says and barely any meatballs in it. read more

It was great. The service was right on, and the food was amazing. I got their chicken and BLT, and they were both great. Also, I picked up a couple of strawberry shakes which was made with real ice-cream. Very impress for a new sandwich shop. I would recommend to all my friends and neighbors. The location seems to perfect for getting in and out with no problems. The decor looks like fun. I hope this place will be here for along time. I do love a good sub sandwich with great taste and the bread was perfet also. read more

on, so my wife and i decided to check this spot out a couple days after they opened. first off they are sloooooow. i figured ok they're new but seriously it takes forever. one person takes your sandwich order and then puts it together and into the toaster then another person adds toppings. portion control needs work as i ordered mine with onions and got so much onion it was inedible so i had to remove quite a bit. also while we're there in line the shift manager comes over the front counter to tell the add ons guy to use less cartelized onion and mushrooms loud so we all heard it. she said about 1/4 what they're giving which, hey i get that but you don't shout it out to ur customers. my italian sandwich was pretty good. so after a couple of weeks i go in again i ordered on the app and it told me when it would be ready so i waited and drive over. walked in after app said it was ready to pu but alas it's not. so i waited for a few minutes then finally a girl behind the counter actually acknowledged me. i told her ur app says my food it's ready and she goes to see and finds out it still hasn't even started. to her credit and only here she got to work and got it out for me but that was 25 mins after the app said it was done. again portion control is an issue but better. anyways i go back on sat ordered the pizza melt which i must say was just crap. a thin layer of pep and meatballs which are supposed to be crumbled but their not they're sliced anyway the meat was falling off the bread and so much sauce i needed a fork. won't try that again. so i get an email says i have a free original sub so i ordered the turkey with my favorite veggies and when i got it home and started eating it i found there was no turkey cept a little bit in a ball on one end and the other half had none. just a bunch of veggies with mayo and mustard. i don't know if that was because it was free or they have just stopped giving any value at all. i won't return. fire house is much better. read more
