McDonald's was my daughter's birthday dinner request on Saturday (Dec. 3rd). My husband and I driver her through the drive thru and ordered her a happy meal with a cheeseburger, fries AND apple slices, and a chocolate milk. She had her heart set on an Oreo McFlurry and luckily they were able to make one. When we pulled up to the window after placing our order, the food was ready to go. The lady handing us our food said "hi" to my daughter and waved at her. It was a simple gesture, but it made her happy and smile. The lady was phenomenal and I wish I had caught her name (she was wearing black so I assume she's a supervisor or manager). She had a good energy about her and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience. Our experience here was great and the wait time was really short even thought it was a Saturday around 5:00. I only get a few items at McDonald's and a frappe is one of them and I like a thick frappe so it's not like water. I went in here. Haven't been in this McDonald's location. Ordered a frappe comes out like water. I told a guy can you make that thicker no, we can't OK will never return, didn't even try to make it right and when I get a burger from here, it's usually soggy. I should have stock in McDonald's. Everywhere I've traveled in the world there is always a McDonald's, except in Cuba, with their same formula and menu. World domination. The same goes for this location. Went through the drive through for a quick cheap coffee which tasted the same as any other McDonald's I've been to, except I had a bit of a wait for a fresh piping hot cup. The service was terrible. I hate ordering through a machine then having humans mess it up. The employees complained about having to work there and obviously didn't care about their customers. It took almost thirty minutes for us to finally receive everything from our order. They didn't ever call out order numbers and were supposed to bring our food to the table. I stopped by on my way back to my office in South Ogden, ordered the double Quarter pounder meal through the drive through window. When I arrived at my office in South Ogden I found that I had a regular quarter pounder in my bag!! I tried calling but no answer, I continued to call for 5 days still no answer!! I called 3 times the corporate number listed on the receipt no answer due to COVID, understandable!! However I left a messages and we are now into October no call back!! The food is about what you expect. It's a McDonald's. The crew is friendly, fast, and helpful. Pricing is pretty cheap. Under 10 a person. The restauraunt is pretty clean. It is cleaned daily anytime it's dead from what I've seen. The crew is also fast to fix any mistakes they make.
