I had positive expectations going to Arctic Circle for the first time. The staff were friendly and they took great pains to take my order right. However, what came out of the kitchen was terrible. Firstly, they got my order wrong- no pickles and it had pickles. Then I noticed the cheese was not melted and I had to send it back not once but TWICE to get the cheese melted. Then I picked up my burger and the bottom bun was so soggy that it was like paste in my hands. I showed this to them and they offered to remake my burger for the FOURTH time. They told me this happened because I wanted the burger on a different type of bun than the potato bun. I would have probably not even left a review, except that afterwards I felt like I did not even want to keep their food down after I ate there. I will never order a burger from that place ever again. I have only tried the cheese curds and ice creams here. And I have enjoyed them! And my daughter loves trying new combinations. Customer service is pretty good. They're always friendly l, patient and happy to explain things to me. Anything I've ordered has always been made to order and I don't mind the wait. The machine to make your own ketchup or mayo is pretty cool. Although, it could use some cleaning. read more

Disappointed! I used to love going to the Arctic Circle in Herriman so when I moved to Roy I was excited to grab a burger while on my lunch break. The level of service was non existent, rushed and rude Value and cost of food was unsatisfactory. I mean come on 2.99 for a total of 2 onion rings! Lame!!! Fries were cold Burger sloppy and bun was stale They basically got one star for getting my drink right. When a customer says "thank you" the reply shouldn't be "yep". Why am I thanking you anyways. I took three of my grandsons here after playing at a nearby park for hours. Each employee was so friendly! They got our orders correct. They asked several times if they could get us anything or help. The restaurant was very clean! They have wipes, bibs, boosters and high chairs for kids plus a fun indoor playground with a bubble gum machine. The kids meals come with a toy. The food was good, especially their ice cream, cheese curds and onion rings. read more

Good food, a bit overpriced. Fries used to be amazing but they don't have their orthogonal fries anymore. They are OK, just average fries, but not anywhere as good as they used to be. Ordered lunch today, the girl added an extra item. I went back and told them, they said they'd fix it and bring me my change. They kept my receipt, and I was overcharged+ $3.59 plus tax, they would only refund me $3.02!! So they basically stole just over 60 cents ( not sure what the extra tax is they owed me). It's more much, but it was incredibly dishonest plus they refused my receipt back so I guess they were hiding what they did! It's not the money, it's the principle. The thing that gets me the most is that a friend told me this happened to her a few months ago. They overcharged her quite a bit more than what I was charged, they didn't return her receipt, and only refunded half of what she was overcharged. I don't think ilk come here again. The food was not bad at all, actually it was pretty good. The service was not bad either. My only complaint is about the lobby. I was going it a good look and noticed there was CAKED gunk in all the crevices of the lobby. When you do to the play area, it is not any cleaner intact maybe worse. read more

Their hours are until 11 pl on Saturday's, yet as I am walking up and in clear view through the glass door at 9:15 pm on 5/29/2021, a worker walks up with keys and locks the door. All I wanted was a shake. Went next door to Big Scoops if they are going to lock the door 2 hours early as I'm walking up. read more

Watched 4 employees make fun of an elderly woman who lost her wallet for 5 minutes, while she searched her car in the parking lot and the manager do nothing. Took me 30 seconds of helping her to find it. Further, the burgers were cold. I'd leave a negative score, if possible. read more

Two stars for the shakes and the fries, but the employees are terrible! On one visit I observed a person who seems to be a manager (bleached blonde hair with some pink in it) speak so unprofessionally to a young girl working the register. Today this same person greeted us with all the warmth of an iceberg. No hello, no smile, just a curt "what can I get ya?". Each customer after us got the same treatment. Definitely not an inspiring example of management. By far the worst thing about this location is the bathrooms. They are so gross! At the very least they need a DEEP, DEEP cleaning. Totally disagree with the prior reviews. I found the service friendly, they did table service and they asked for my feedback when I finished. Ordered the Deluxe Cheeseburger and it was very good for fast food. The patty is standard but well seasoned. The tomato, red onion, lettuce and pickles were fresh. The bun was far and away the best fast food bun I have had. It was light and fluffy and had a flour dusting. Pretty dang good for fast food. read more

Drove to arctic circle with a coupon: mushroom swiss combo 4.99. Burger, small fries, medium drink. I ordered 2 combos. The order taker asked me what to drink I told her MT Dew. She asked what size. I said medium. That's what the coupon stated. Then I was charged $5.58 per combo instead of the $4.99. I asked why and she stated it was because I ordered a medium. I told her the combination came with a medium. And she then stated she gave me medium fries too. I didn't order medium fries. The lady at the window proceeded to argue with me and refused to make it right. When I got home in my bag was 2 burgers and 2 SMALL fries. I was way over charged, argued with, and lied to. Calling corporate. They may be a franchise but I'm prepared to share how bad Arctic Circle is all over social media and review sites. read more

Friendly staff however the food is disgusting. The cheese smelled weird and the hamburger meat was the size of a fifty cent piece. You can get more food for your $ that taste so much better at McDonald's than this place. I definitely won't recommend here to anyone. read more

This place use to be good now they screw up every time I go there. I've caught over charging me $9 to upgrade 4 drinks to cherry rickies. They forget food and take forever. Tonight I stopped there and got 4 combo meals for my family. When I got home I found out they forgot 2 of the burgers. So they have a 50% chance at getting order right. Roy Arctic Circle never disappoints to disappoint! If I have a busy night and the disappointment of the last visit has blurred over the last 6 months I decide to give them another chance. No matter how much I ask "are you sure you have EVERYTHING I ordered?" They never do. Today it was ONLY two corn dogs short. So my family got to eat most of the dinner while I had to go back. Sure helped my busy evening. Then when I go back for my corn dogs the crew discussed "THAT corn dog has been there a LONG time" Since they had there back to me they assumed I couldn't hear they KNEW they were giving me old soggy product. When they turned around to give it to me I asked if I could NOT have the old food since they had already screwed up my order. Of course not "oh no, it's not old. I JUST grabbed it." I really must be THAT stupid because I go through this same process every 6 months. They may have decent food but I wouldn't know.
