Stopped in yesterday with a couple of friends for lunch. I ordered the mushroom burger with a small fry. Outstanding! Cooked to perfection and taste was amazing. My other friends ordered a salad bowl which was humongous and a French dip to which she said was very tasty. Atmosphere is nice and clean. Service very good. Came in for breakfast. The selection was amazingly huge. For fast food place it was great! We made our selection and found a booth to wait at. Place was super clean & the wait staff were friendly and fast. When the food arrived it was all piping hot and really good. What a great place! We had the Biscuits & Gravy with scrambled eggs. Up front, this was my first attempt at this restaurant. As I live about 10 minutes away, I did the drive through instead of online ordering. The gal that took my order was great - very polite and professional. She even gave me a small pup cup for my dog. I ordered the fish sandwich (meal, with tots and a lemonade), well done (aka extra crispy but not burnt) and a fried chicken wrap, and a salad. A few issues. Regarding the "well done" aspect. That's because folks may not be able to eat the meal the moment they walk in the door at home and hopefully within an hour, if we need to pop it in the microwave, the fried stuff doesn't turn to mush. All my fried stuff turned to mush because it was NOT well done as requested. The sandwich was not edible because it turned into a blob of bread and fish mush. Not sure about the salad, that's in the fridge for whenever my wife gets home from work. And I can't speak to the fried chicken wrap because I didn't get it, as purchased. I realize Warren's is a chain. If this was a McDonald's experience, we'd all 100% expect the order to get screwed up, however simple it may have been. But not Warren's. As a first-timer, 100% of my Warren's experiences have been bad. The absolute worst is paying for a food item that you just didn't receive. I ordered a Chicken Philly with a side order of fries. I got a Chicken Philly put together without skill or fresh ingredients. The bun was a week old, dry and too small for the ingredients that was put on it. The sandwich had crusty scrapping from the grill on it. The fry order was small and uninviting. This place seemed to be a special local joint unique to Ogden area! I know there is one other location but we went to this one while in Roy. We loved the onion rings and my husband liked the burger. Two recent bad experiences with this location. My daughter ordered through Door Dash, $51 and her order was missing the salad and 2 hamburgers. Called the restaurant and they said it wasn't their problem. Went to through the drive thru a few days later and did receive our entire order, however it was over $21 for an order of fish & chips with onion rings, $12, tater tots, $4 and fries, $3. The onion rings were soggy and under cooked, the fries were nothing like the picture on the menu board. Just a small paper container like you get at McDonalds. Not the bucket full shown on the board. Overall, way too expensive for the quality. Don't think I will waste my $ there again. read more

We came here Saturday to check it out after my nieces basketball game since I had heard from co workers that this place was awesome. I was expecting to be blown away but sadly, that didn't happen. We ordered 3 burgers, A large fry & a small order of fried mushrooms along with 3 small drinks and a coffee. The coffee was a bit of a letdown as it is in a thermostat and they have small creamer containers. The food took a bit to get to us. The burgers were good and tasted fresh but the fries and fried mushrooms were okay. I dislike that they don't have combos - it gets pretty pricy having to order everything a la carte. Didn't try their salad bar but don't think I will. This was an okay experience. Not sure I'll be back. read more

I have to give serious kudos to this location. The #1 thing is that these employees always seem happy. They're always super friendly, and just seem to genuinely enjoy what they're doing. (And not in the creepy, robotic "My Pleasure" way, like Chic-Fil-A.) I don't know if it's good training, or they have a great manager, or both, but I've never had a single complaint, even a minor one, and I've been going here since I was a kid. Second, I can ALWAYS count on them to get my order right. Sure, it takes a while, but that's part of the process when they cook your food to order. And it's always hot and fresh. My favorites are the Guacamole Burger (which is no longer on the board menu, but they make it anyway), and the Gravy Tots (tater tots smothered in country gravy. (Hey I didn't say I'm a health food nut!) They also have a really dang good salad bar for a "fast food" place. I do wish they still had their original fries though...apparently the company that made them went out of business, not their fault, but I miss them! They were so good dipped in a vanilla shake! I also wish they'd re-open their "drive up" service like back in the 50s...the structure is there and it would be really fun to park and have the silly little trays on your car window and people come out and take your order like in the old days. Warren's is pretty expensive but the food is decent. However, it seems like every time we order online they don't put fry sauce in the bag. I looked for a place to add it on the online menu and didn't find it. If I order at the drive up in person, they always just add fry sauce if I order fries. They really need to put fry sauce in the bag when you order online if you order fries. It just makes sense if you order fries you want fries sauce. read more

I hadn't eaten at this location in easily 20 years, I'd guess, but the dominant thing I remembered about coming here was thinking it would be something different. If there is a hallmark of Warren's, it's that it always seems like a better idea than it ever turns out to be. The food is pretty consistent, so I don't know if this is a me-thing or a them-thing, possibly both, but them, for instance, putting tempura-battered mushrooms on the menu and then giving me something that was about the furthest thing from actual tempura is not helping. I was feeling a burger on this fateful day and there was a line at Burger Bar and it was cold, so no way was I doing that. I had some time to kill, so I went inside and saw their steakhouse burger. Their advertising seems almost magical and so I was lulled by the spell of this burger and thusly did order it. Once I got it, oversized as it was, sticking way past the bun, I quickly realized the major problem with it. It, while a very good patty, also needed A1. If this has A1, it's approaching a great burger. As it was, it's basically just another burger in need of some sauce help. No real complaints here, though the salad bar next to the ordering counter was kind of weird. Places was mostly clean, but also mostly deserted and there were no napkin dispensers anywhere I could see, which was also weird. 20 years ago, I though this place was ok and my thoughts have varied little in the time since. I have celiac disease and like there buns. No trip to Utah is complete without a stop to Warren's. This is a fast food place, so don't be confused, but it's phenomenal and a Utah gem. I'm from Utah originally and I insist we go at least once every time I'm in town. The french fries are a MUST, with fry sauce of course (I don't care if you don't like Mayonnaise. Eat it.) Lime Rickey's (they even have diet sprite here, easing my guilt). Delicious shakes. Those are the highlights, but you can't really go wrong here. Finally, the manager was wandering around the dining room, helping people in a genuinely friendly, caring way - something very unusual for this type of restaurant - earning this place a solid 5 stars. read more

I ordered the three omelette Californian style with a breakfast burrito, side of sweet scones, and last but the best, side of their country gravy. The omelette is worth the money! This location is the best! The cashiers are amazing! The salad bar is fresh as is the other food! The location on 1900 is disgusting and dirty and the cashiers are all in the back- I stood there at the front with a worker who saw me there but never decided to go tell someone that I was waiting there.
