They also beat the prices of the big-box places here in town by quite a bit. All of that was fantastic. If just going on that part of the experience alone, it would be 5 stars. BUT. I'm very thankful that I was in a place to be rather flexible on when exactly I needed my new appliances. I ordered a refrigerator, a washer, and a dryer. I left with a date of delivery and installation. Which, I assumed, was, you know, an actual date. Apparently it was more of a guess. A very loose guesstimate, if you will. The refrigerator ended up not even being delivered to their processing center until a week after my scheduled delivery date. Then it took a few days for me to be able to get on the schedule for delivery and install. The washer and dryer were about two and a half weeks later. So, major difference in projected date and actual date. I think the biggest part of this frustration wasn't just the delay, but the fact that they have absolutely ZERO tracking system from their suppliers. So, if they don't have something in stock at that moment, they have no way to tell you when they are getting it. They don't even know what items made it on a truck that they are expecting a shipment on THAT DAY. So, if your item isn't there, they don't have any way to tell you "it looks like we are scheduled to have it later this week." It is all just one gigantic surprise waiting game. So, if you need a set-in-stone date or are needing to replace an appliance ASAP that has unexpectedly died, realize that you may end up with a massive headache in exchange for the good deal that you get here. Thankfully, we weren't in this situation and could be flexible, so getting a great price was worth that bit of frustration.

Got NO response until 1145am in which they said the part would be at the shop at 11 AM. Then stopped replying with no ETA. By 147PM I had to reach out AGAIN to ask when they were coming having wasted a whole day waiting on them and told they would be there soon. They came just before 3pm. Replaced the thermostat and while I asked simple questions about the repair he said idk I just get paid to put it back together. How does a repair man not know about what he's fixing???? After the repair he gave no info on time it would take for the freeze to cool back down or recommended temp. We waited 6hrs and the freezer NEVER got cold again. Then come to find out he BROKE the freeze door, it will no longer properly shut and theres a grinding noise. Now the whole refrigerator is scream high temp or 58 freezer and 69 fridge. He broke the whole machine! I called them to come back out was told it would be an hour, waited 2hrs called again and told they're to busy to come back. I demanded a refunded and they ended ALL COMMUNICATION! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They only take VENMO so you can't get your money without them sending it back either! Fun fact I had called EZ APPLIANCE GEEKS and Demarus of this company was the one to take my call and put me in HER fly by night fake company's books. I have the call logs and text records and pics to prove everything. They broke a 4yr old fridge because they have no clue what they're doing and instead of owning up to the mistake and making it right they took the money and ran and ended all contact.
