To use an FSA or HSA, you do need a letter of medical necessity from your doctor stating that additional vitamins are beneficial. In Alaska, this is usually pretty easy to obtain due to common vitamin D deficiency. I also recommend watching for their seasonal promotions, like the annual PFD sale, where you can get a Denali pack at a reduced price. Over time, this has become something I rely on--especially during flu and allergy seasons. I know I am more resilient, less run down, and I've had fewer sick days since staying consistent with it. Occasionally, I'll add an extra saline infusion (about $25) after the vitamin infusion for added hydration and a gentle reset. I am on their email list, which reminded me of them (and to write a review). But not a single other piece of personal communication beyond that email. Sadly, I felt no noticeable difference after the treatment. Maybe I needed a series of treatments. But that discussion never happened either.

Today was disappointing... not so much about the level of care but based on when I called originally a few weeks ago to see if they treat a specific condition, I was told they do and have a few patients. Well, it turns out in less than 10 minutes, I'm told by the doctor that nothing can be done for me. That was extremely disappointing, it wasted money, a couple hours of my day to take time off work, drive into town and so on. It would be much better for the staff to know that something specific can't be treated rather than waste time for all parties, money and dash hope. As for everything else, check-in was prompt and I was taken back shortly after my scheduled appointment. The young man asking me questions didn't understand what I was being seen for and admittedly said he didn't know what to ask me. I didn't take offense, it's fairly rare. The doctor came in quickly, we spoke for a few minutes, mostly telling me things I already knew and unfortunately he told me there was nothing that could be done and I made my way to check out. I imagine their care is perfectly acceptable, as my previous ENT recommended I contact them, but as I said... it ended up being disappointing all around.

Didn't even make it to booking, tho, when I found out they charge a fee for using credit cards! They're services aren't cheap, so I'd definitely hafta use a credit card. I thought it was supposed to be a high-end spa-sort of place but that blew my impression. So, I can't even tell you how my experience was because the phone call was as far as I got. Lady on the phone was nice, but not super-knowledgeable on details (other than the credit card fee thing).
