My go to is yellow ice cream with strawberry cheesecake topped with cream. Also, unless you like it to melt fast, tell to not make it "soupy". There are so many great flavors and topping creams that excite the tastebuds and make each flavor come to life and dance on your tongue. I smile basking in the warmth of the sun all around me, a light breeze, and hair in face eating my build your own Tropical Snow flavored ice topped with coconut cream. Yum. And it gets better! Last year when I first encountered this Huntsville oasis on a truck, they only took cash, you can imagine my dilemma on multiple occasion (wanting a taste of sweet shaved ice after a long stressful day at work but only having plastic melting in my sweltering pockets), BUT thank God they now accept this plastic (debit/credit)!
